Fun and Games (for LunarWolf)

Following her debut in the AFW, Akino’s body was aching quite a bit for quite a while, particularly her head and back. Then again, that’s to be expected when you’ve had your head driven through a steel chair and your back wailed on with a kendo stick. But, the one-eyed maiden was still feeling pretty good right now, in spite of that. Her first match had been a successful one, after all, and some good rest in the following days had done wonders to alleviate the pain and discomfort. It was a good first step in her career, and she was already feeling excited about her next time stepping into the ring. However, she didn’t currently have anything scheduled. And though she wanted to make sure she was still in shape whenever that next match came around, she hadn’t really given herself any time to celebrate her first AFW win. So she decided to reward herself by taking a day off from training. But now that left the question: what to do?

She had some new comic books she hadn’t read yet. And the thought of sitting back and getting lost in those pages was pretty appealing. But, it was a beautiful day out. And she’d been trying to break out of her shell a bit recently and have more fun in the city. Tokyo was one of the biggest cities in the world. There was never a dull moment, and plenty of new things out and about she could try to occupy her time. So she pulled on a low cut black shirt, jeans and pair of shoes, then exited the house and started to walk along the sidewalk. Through the streets of Tokyo she went, looking around for a place that might interest her. She passed by the movie theater, but wasn’t too excited about anything being shown. She saw a multitude of clothing stores, but wasn’t really in the mood for that kind of shopping at the moment.

But finally the blue haired woman stopped as something caught her interest. In front of her was a rather large arcade. She’d been to one before, but it had been years. In fact, she was pretty sure she was just a child the last time she had come to a place like this. Not exactly the most social thing in the world, but something about it just seemed fun. So she went in and bought some coins, and within a minute or so Akino found herself at a Pac-Man machine, guiding the little yellow dude through a maze and devouring all the little dots in its path. A few people shot awkward glances when they noticed the eyepatch covering Akino’s left eye, but she didn’t even notice. For the moment her focus was entirely locked onto the game in front of her, the rest of the world completely blocked out of her mind.

A deep sigh escaped from the lips of the young Brazilian, her last match had without a doubt ended badly for her...resulting in another defeat for her. Whilst she had wanted to get more of a challenging venue here in AFW than what she was used to in Rio, Chloe hadn't actually expected to be throw into the ring and end up losing here and there. Perhaps it was a pride question ? Though she doubted it, the white haired girl was prideful before she started to win left and right and she'd probably remain so if she started losing left and right. Currently though she was trying to enjoy Tokyo, she hadn't actually been outside of Brazil before, well...that wasn't entirely true, she had been in Spain once or twice. Growing up most of her childhood with her mother the tan-skinned girl learned quite a bit of Japanese, so she had no trouble getting by in Japan on that regard. She was almost fluent in Japanese, Portuguese and mostly English as well. She knew a great deal of Spanish too, but that was just cause she was an avid fan of many Spanish football teams, and their national team.

At the moment she found herself walking around in some random street of Tokyo, wearing a rather modest shirt, quite unlike her wrestling attire, and a short skirt, with a pair of black stockings. A black and white shirt and a red skirt. Her long white hair let completely loose for now, if it became a problem she'd just tie it up into a ponytail or something. At the moment the day was rather boring, and it wasn't as if she was 100% yet, her body still ached after her match against Akino, especially her back. Being driven through a table and being slammed into some steel steps were never going to actually be good for you.

As she walked around though, Chloe spotted something in the corner of her eye, an Arcade hall. It had always been something she wanted to try out. She never actually had the experience of going to an arcade hall and playing games...so she figured now was the best shot. AFW did pay her a lot better than her last company, though that wasn't saying too much. It was more than enough for her to live in her one bed room apartment and live of what food she ate. Since she wasn't picky she was able to just pick up all kinds of cheap dishes and junk food here and there.  After walking into the arcade and looking around for a while...Chloe spotted something which she didn't expect to see her. She walked up towards the pac-man machine and would rear her right hand back far, before throwing her entire frame and weight, power and force into a right handed slap right against Akino's jeans covered butt. Attempting to hit it so hard that it would probably sting for a long time! After which Chloe would quickly jump back and raise that hand up to wave at Akino, hopefully with a bit of distance keeping her from getting hit back. " Oi! One-eyes! What are you doing here ? " Chloe'd let out with a half smile on her face.

Akino was a complete embodiment of the phrase “in the zone” right now. Her attention was 100% on the little yellow dot devouring all the much smaller dots in its path, and of course avoiding the different colored ghosts that pursued it along the way. Everything else right now might as well have not even been existing in her mind, not one of the sounds or sights of any of her surroundings occupying even the slightest bit of the blue haired woman’s attention.

Left...down...another left, then a quick right to narrowly avoid a ghost that was closing in. It was a close save, but now several more ghosts were starting to surround the large and unfortunate yellow dot. And soon every way out was blocked off, and a ghost made contact, ending the first life. “Tch...” she muttered, before Pac-Man reappeared in the middle of the screen to start the second life. This time Akino managed to clear a good portion of the board, before getting one of the larger dots, causing all the ghosts to turn blue! Now the hunted became the hunter as Akino set Pac-Man out for vengeance, devouring the ghosts one by one! When one was left, she took chase, only for her power up to wear off at the last second, causing her second life to come to an abrupt end.

She gave a frustrated grunt, but remained determined as the third and final life started, and immediately picked up where she’d left off on the board, clearing away what little remained. There was one more dot on another part of the screen she needed to get to clear the level. But as soon as she started going after it, a hand suddenly swatted right into her rear, causing a very loud yelp to burst from the stunned woman’s lips as she practically jumped right out of her jeans! Quickly turning around, she saw none other than the woman she’d faced and defeated in her debut match. “What do you think-- AGH!” she shouted, suddenly remembering the game. And she turned around, only to find a ghost killing poor Pac-Man again before she could do anything. Grumbling, she turned back to face Chloe again. “.....You owe me a coin for that.” she said with a slight pout, which despite her frustration, probably looked more cute than intimidating.

Chloe could barley help contain a laughter as she looked on at the blue haired girl who seemed quite upset that she had ruined her little game time, something which got the white haired Brazilian to tilt her head as she kept her eyes fixed upon the face of her former opponent. She couldn't help but find the girl all too adorable, which made her almost snicker out as she stood there. The pouting Akino was without a doubt being a rather entertaining sight, however after a few seconds Chloe composed herself from almost bursting out in laughter or a *d'awww*.

" You owe me a back, so I guess we're even." Chloe let out as she'd bring her right arm behind her back and pat it a bit, " Fine fine, I'll buy  you another game." Chloe let out as she'd raise her hands as if she was admitting defeat. No matter how much she'd try and argue the point, she already knew that she couldn't win, not when Akino looked so adorable at least....

Even so, Chloe would shake her head a bit and then rummage around in her skirt pocket to pull out a few coins that she'd offer Akino. " There you go." Chloe let out as she'd flash a slight smile towards the girl....though before she handed them towards Akino, the white haired girl would pull back her arm and then flash another grin towards her former opponent. " How about you earn them ? "

Akino’s eyebrow twitched in irritation as she saw Chloe trying to hold in her laughter at the whole scene. The pats on her back didn’t make it any better for her, but the girl apparently being willing to give her the coins for another game did. “Good.” she replied, holding her hand out as she waited for Chloe to drop the coins in.

But just as it seemed she was about to do just that, the girl opted to pull back her arm while smiling right at Akino. The one-eyed woman was just about to question what she was doing, when Chloe then asked her question. And though Akino felt she was already entitled to them after the white haired woman’s distraction cost her a game of Pac-Man, something about Chloe’s tone and expression as she spoke intrigued her.

“What do you mean ‘earn them?’” Akino asked. She didn’t know just what Chloe had in mind, but she sensed a challenge of some kind. And aside from her visit to the arcade right now, it had been a rather uneventful day. Maybe whatever idea Chloe had could end up proving to be a decent way to kill some time.

Chloe would grin a bit as she watched Akino look on at her with that questioning eye, as she did so the cute white haired girl would take the moment to attempt and close the distance between the two of them. Pressing herself up against Akino, pushing her forehead up against her blue-haired rivals as their chests would press against one another. " Oh, you know exactly what I mean." Chloe would let out, perhaps she might have been insinuating too much so to a fight or something....but that maybe added a bit to the Brazilians fun.

The tan-skinned girl would keep one coin in her hand as she pocketed the rest. From there she would let the coin dance along her knuckles in a rather impressive show of finger dexterity. " We're gonna play for it." The cocky Brazilian let out as she'd throw on a wide grin, all before she'd take a step back, placing her hands upon her hips. " Though....playing for the coins won't be that fun. How about this..." Chloe let out as she'd flip the coin in the air towards Akino, letting the girl catch it.

" Since you owe me a rematch, we'll play for the rights to decide match type and stipulations. " Chloe let out as she'd turn on her heel and start to walk off towards some of the game machines. " I'll let you decide on the first game. Let's play three sets of three games. You decide the first one, I'll decide the second one, and we'll flip a coin or do rock paper scissors for the last choosing rights. Sound good ?" Chloe let out as she'd turn on her heels once again so she was face to face with Akino, offering the girl a handshake to make things official.

Breast to breast, forehead to forehead, and eyes to...well, eye, Akino held her ground as Chloe closed the distance. It was clear she was proposing some sort of contest for the coins, but it almost seemed like she wanted to fight her right there in the arcade. Akino even started to clench her fists just in case that turned out to be true. But fortunately, Chloe started explaining what she meant in time to prevent the blue haired woman from doing something she’d regret.

After catching the coin Chloe flipped her way then listening to what the girl had to say, a small smirk formed on Akino’s features and a chuckle escaped her lips. “‘Owe’ you a rematch? I’m not sure what makes you think that, but if you’re so eager for one I’ll accept that challenge.” she said, reaching a hand to shake Chloe’s. Though her debut match with Chloe had pushed her to the limit, it had still been a thoroughly enjoyable fight, and she was already thinking about what sort of match and stipulations she’d pick for their rematch.

Scanning over the arcade, Akino’s eye eventually settled on one of the classics: Space Invaders. “There.” she said, pointing to it. “We’ll start with that.” Making her way over to the machine, she put the coin in before glancing at Chloe. “Are you sure you want to do this? This is your last chance to back out.”

It seemed as if Akino was more than on board with the idea, though she did seem to have a quite high and mighty attitude towards her win. Not even acknowledging that Chloe deserved a rematch against the blue haired woman. Something which the white haired one would have to try and make sure that Akino wouldn't be foolish enough to look down upon her or act too cocky. Something which the Brazilian would start with here and now.

As Akino kept talking, Chloe would roll her eyes a bit. She herself did have a decent amount of respect for Akino, the girl was possibly one of the toughest and most evenly matched opponents that the Brazilian had faced off against, at least compared to the people she fought before she came here to AFW. " You better accept the challenge, or else I'll just make you ~" Chloe let out in a teasing fashion, she had of course noticed how Akino tensed up earlier and couldn't help but tease the girl along those lines.

When the one-eyed warrior went off towards one of the arcade machines and put in the coin for Space invaders' Chloe would grin a bit as she heard the girl's words. The Brazilian would proceed to head up close to Akino and grab a hold of the girl's head, pulling it up towards her to bang their skulls together. " Bitch please, Like I'd back out of giving you your well deserved ass kicking." The tanned girl let out as she'd then let go of Akino and let her get started.

Most of the reason for Akino’s tensing up at Chloe’s actions moments ago had been as much because of the surprise of it as anything else. Now her teasing words only amused the blue haired girl, causing her to chuckle and smirk in response as she went off toward the machine to get the game started, and potentially take the first step in winning Chloe’s little challenge and setting the stipulations for their next bout. She could hardly wait.

Just as she was about to put the coin in, Chloe grabbed hold of her head and banged their skulls together, causing Akino to grunt and wince slightly at the brief pain, though she kept her eye locked right onto the Brazilian’s. Once she was let go, Akino kept her gaze on the girl for a moment longer. “You’re the one who’ll be getting her ass kicked, both here and in the ring.” she said before sliding the coin in.

Within moments she was ready to go. Her right hand held onto the joystick to control the small digital ship as a horde of aliens appeared further up the screen and began a slow descent toward the ship, occasionally dropping firing lasers down toward the ship. Back and forth Akino moved the ship, pressing the button off to the side to fire lasers at her unfortunate attackers, obliterating them one by one. She made it a good way through the first round, even managing to destroy a red ship that flew across the top of the screen for a few hundred bonus points. But eventually, one careless shift accidentally put her right in front of the an enemy projectile, and the first of her three lives was lost. “Tch.” she grunted, though she managed to score a solid 2,500 points, which she felt pretty good about.

“Your turn.” she said, stepping aside from the machine so Chloe could take her turn. Akino wasn’t sure how experienced a gamer this girl was, and she was curious to see what would happen now...

Akino's cocky words only served to get Chloe fired up even further, her desire to beat Akino both here and in the ring for their upcoming fight was just growing by the seconds. " Tough words, perhaps I hit your head a bit too hard in our match. You seem to be delusional!" Chloe let out as she'd follow her words up with a chuckle, all that was left for the girl to now beat Akino in this little bout of theirs.

Chloe watched the Japanese girl as she proceeded to start up the game, watching as Akino shot down wave after wave of ships and managed to get herself a decent score. The Brazilian would nod her head a bit, taking some mental notes of how good Akino seemed to be in terms of gaming skill. It started to appeaer as if this girl was quite a suitable rival for the Brazilian at least.

When Akino was finally done and offered Chloe her turn, the Brazilian would stretch her arms out, entwining her fingers with each other and cracking them. " Get ready to be blown away, caxia." Chloe let out as she took hold of the joystick. The game began and with it the white haired girl got to show of her amazing cognetive reflexes and her dexterous abillity. She shifted back and forth, firing at the ships over and over. Row after row she took out, she managed to blast the fourtunate red-ship to pieces and kept it up with mowing down more rows. She dodged between shots with what seemed to be quite superb-skill.

When she finally took a hit, the beautiful young girl had managed to rake up a point total of 4,730. Following that score she'd turn on her heels towards Akino with a wide grin on her face, giving the girl a light wink of her right eye in a teasing fashion. " Get wrecked."
