Lukretia can box, so she'd probably beat any other evil GM in a fight.

Plus, she hasn't booked herself to win the belt like Vince McMahon and Vince Russo have.

Also unlike Russo, she hasn't booked herself to get wins over all the top stars in her company.

I'd put her on par with The Authority I guess. The winner depends on who gets their proper defeat from a face first, and the Authority's loss at Survivor Series doesn't count.
