Where The Wisterias Bloom

Hana's eyes sparkled with an eager light as she heard Carmen's explanation, and form across the ring she shot the Latina a quick wink and a laugh. "My schedule is free for a couple weeks, too. So, if you really want me to go all out...ding ding ding."

She started to move across the ring towards Carmen, lifting her hands up in front of herself, watching the boxer closely. After a few steps, she suddenly let out a roar and came charging straight in towards the smaller woman, lifting her arms higher to try and force Carmen into a tie-up as she drew nearer. No point in holding back, if that's what Carmen wanted her to do. She decided to go all out, trying to force Carmen into a position where she knew she would have the advantage, in hopes of quickly overpowering the Latina and bringing a swift end to their spar.

Carmen was outwardly eager, but inwardly a tad bit concerned about Hana going all out. It would be enjoyable in a challenging way, she had no doubt there, but she did intend to come out on top. That meant she had to consider some strategy, here. She couldn't say for sure whether Hana was stronger than Armando, but she was close enough that she wouldn't place a bet either way, and easily the biggest person on the AFW roster she'd ever taken on. Typically, Carmen could rely on her strength matching the guys she fought. Even exceeding it. This would be a new thing.

Carmen thought she'd be ready for Hana's approach, and she was - until she let out a lion's roar and charged in. She buckled down and pounced forward, locking up with the giantess, but she really was the unstoppable force - she could be slowed down, but not halt. Carmen backpeddled, losing ground no matter how hard she put her foot down. She probably did better than a lot of people would've, but the end result was the same - she ended up with her back in the corner, stuck between a proverbial rock and a literal hard place.

"Good. Start." She ground her teeth down hard as her muscles flexed to there fullest extent. She might as well have been trying to push down a wall, for all the good it did her.

"Better then good...great." Hana was quick to answer back, shoving Carmen up against the corner, leaning into her to keep her restrained, to keep her trapped against the turnbuckle. It may have only just been a friendly spar, but Hana had a competitive streak a mile wide, and even in a friendly thing like this, she wasn't going to give Carmen the chance to fight back, if she could help it.

Plus, Carmen told her to go all out, so she was going to go all out.

She pushed against Carmen, and met her gaze again, speaking up again with a quick question for the Latina. "Double-checking...are you sure you want me to go at you like you were Army...?"

Even with all the effort she was putting in right now, Carmen couldn't help but have a little chuckle at Hana's comeback. The girl - no, the woman had an amazingly attractive personality, and it didn't seem like that would change no matter what she was doing. She could probably break Carmen in half, right down the middle, and still somehow make it seem friendly.

Carmen continued to push back and struggle, letting her forehead meet Hana's and clash with it. Her body, already dripping with a light sweat, began to take on some new heat."On second, thought, no." She shook her head, looking a bit disappointed for a moment, before she wiped it all away with a fierce gleam in her eyes.

"I want you to go harder than that."

"You asked for it, then..."

As soon as she heard Carmen's order, Hana dropped the lock-up with her, and took a quick step backwards, away from the Latina. If Carmen really wanted her to go all out, then that was fine with her. She just hoped that Carmen could take what she could dish out.

With a quick yell Hana lunged back in towards the boxer, and swung her arm straight towards the center of her chest. Nothing fancy, just a big, hard, knife-edged chop, swung with the full force of Hana's strength behind it!

Carmen was hardly flat, but compared to the average AFW girl, she didn't have much going on with the top shelf. She wasn't busty, certainly didn't have enough cleavage to smother someone out even if that had been a thing she would be inclined to try. She was average, at best, and while she was mostly fine with that, there were times when she had the occasional pang of jealousy.

This was not such a time. As Hana's chop cut a fiery path across her chest, she became immensely glad there wasn't all that much to hit.

Still, it did hurt. A lot. It hit with enough force to make Carmen's feet leave the ground for a hot second, and when she came back down, the first thing she did was fall down to her knees before the mighty Hana Fujioka.

But Carmen didn't stay there. The hand that wasn't busy grasping her chest reached out and grabbed the nearest rope, pulling herself back up to her feet.

Hana hesitated a moment, watching as Carmen dropped to the mat. She wondered, briefly, if she should back off a little, not come in quite so hard, but quickly decided against it. Carmen was tough, and Hana had a feeling that if she held back against the boxer that she would never hear the end of it.

Hana reached down, as Carmen dropped to her knees, and grabbed for the Latina's arm. She wasn't a terrible person; she would gladly help her new friend back up to her feet. She gave her a sharp pull, yanking her back up into a standing position, but she didn't stop there. She gave Carmen a hard pull away from the ropes once she was on two feet again, pulling her out of the corner, giving herself just enough room to try to send Carmen across the ring, trying to swing her around towards the opposite corner with a quick Irish Whip.

Despite being a wrestler for a year, Carmen could count on one hand the number of times she'd been Irish Whipped. Rarely came up, despite it being a staple in the sport. None of the ones she'd taken were gentle affairs, but usually she went along with the move to some degree. It helped her get a good position, set up things...

But none of them were like Hana did it. When she tossed Carmen, the only choice was to run with the moment or risk tripping up over her feet. When she neared the turnbuckle, the only choice was to spin around hit with her back, or else she'd hit with her chest and fall flat on her back. And when she started to sag in the only choice was to drap her arms over the ropes, keep them there to keep from falling on her butt.

Carmen shook her head and tried to clear the cobwebs that were rapidly building up in her brain. She'd been in tighter spots than this before, but not too many.

The moment that Carmen hit the corner, and turned outwards to face her, Hana exploded into movement herself. Her entire body suddenly burst forwards, racing straight towards the stunned boxer.

She ran forward, like a rampaging, out of control beast, straight towards the smaller Carmen. As she neared her, Hana took a quick hop towards her, trying to jump up and splash her body against the Latina, trying to crush her between herself and the turnbuckle!

Carmen had a good idea what Hana would do next. It was what Army would do in the same situation. It was what she would do herself, if she were facing an opponent smaller than her. Knowing didn't help her evade it one bit, though.

Hana's frame crashed over Carmen like a mighty, muscled wave, and the entire ring shook and swayed at the impact. She let out a short, wailing cry as the wind flew from her body and the massive hit rocked her world. Her entire universe, even. If it wasn't for Hana's body sandwiching her, Carmen would've fallen forward right on her face.

She wasn't done - far from it. But Hana had taken an early lead, far sooner than she expected. She'd have to play catch up and a lot of it to even the score.
