Kinniku Woman vs. Domino - Shooting Stars

The audience is cheering for Kinniku Woman, others calling for Domino to rally. It's a dull thrum in the back of his mind. He has a pale body resting over him, her belly pushed into his face, her cheek against his sleek abs. His body is drained. His muscles ache and don't want to cooperate. Despite feeling her body against his face, each breath is a labored pant, exhaling hard, hot bursts of air against her stomach.

He could feel the ring shake with each count of the ref' as she slapped the mat. Two so far. She could win this. She's a strong fighter, she's done well, she deserves it.

But.

So does he. His eyes are set on the gold of a title belt. Beating Kinniku Woman would be a strong step towards that. If he can keep fighting, he has to! If the only fuel left in his tank is pure determination and tenacity, he'll light it up and ride the explosion!

The referee's hand swings down! Suddenly, Domino's left arm shoots into the air, pulling his shoulder up off the mat! The ref's hand makes contact - momentum wouldn't allow her to stop in time. But she immediately lifts onto her knees and waves her arms. "Near-fall! No pin!"

It was almost there, just almost! That last count was so close it was painful to bear the wait longer, but was worth it once it came. That is what it looked like from both Reika's perspective and the crowd's that is. Since just when that hand was about to hit the mat, Kinniku Woman feels a sudden jolt under her which makes her wide eyed seeing his arm up high, while at the same time the ref-girl's hand hit the mat but declared it near-fall.

"But, that was...!" Unlike most when this thing happened, Reika paid attention when she felt Domino lift his shoulder and didn't argue with ref-girl. He DID in fact lifted his shoulder up BEFORE the ref's hand hit the mat, much to her major astonishment, so that final count had every reason not to count. But of course the crowd didn't think that, roaring in anger and boos, even Domino's fans thought he should have lost there so Kinniku Woman pushed herself up and shouted. "It's fine, he broke out before the third count!"

Her own declaration did help them calm down a bit after hearing it from her own mouth, instead of the referee who might as well been bribed before hand this match from what they think. But Kinniku Woman is just dumbfounded though with a twitching eye, that Domino took the Kinniku Buster after all this and isn't staying down. That's just crazy..

It took sheer determination and force of will to muster up the strength to fight through that pin. Domino's hurting - there's no doubt about that. And he was convinced he wouldn't be able to break it in time, but he had to try. He had to give it his everything. And when the referee declares a break, his heart lifts...

...and then plummets at the sound of boos. Oh, what the fuck? From his own fans? What a load of crap. Some fans they are. Hopefully the real fans of his in the audience have something to say to them, because nothing sucks quite as hard as betrayal. And he's sure those real fans are cheering with gusto, if drowned out. But the majority of tonight's crowd? Damn. What a bag of dicks.

And that's written on his face when he twists onto hands and knees, shooting an outraged glare over those jeering. Oh, are they coming around? Are they coming around now that she is telling them it's okay? Screw them. He doesn't need, want, nor appreciate the grudging support of wishy-washy jackoffs.

Now Domino is fueled by something more than determination - spite. They think he's not good enough to come back from something like that? He'll prove them wrong. They feel upset that he didn't lose? Hell with them, he's going to upset them even more by taking down their new favorite. He already had a point to make tonight. Now he sees that that message needs to be made all the clearer. He's an upcoming champion. He's going to rub it in their faces.

Though Kinniku Woman's back is turned, making her a prime target, he's not going to make his point with cheap shots and dirty tactics. Gritting his teeth, the teen draws himself back up to his feet.

"Hey! This match isn't over!," he shouts to her, still incensed. "Focus this way!"

After all that, Kinniku Woman just continued to stand there in disbelief trying to comprehend and wonder how her opponent was able to get back up from taking the Kinniku Buster while in a weakened state. Under normal circumstances that isn't possible at all unless the victim was not exhausted and wounded, if not only a little. But at this point it wasn't worth overthinking about as Reika shakes her head to snap out of it was already turning her head back towards Domino when he called out to her, so it wasn't necessary for him to do.

"Way ahead of you, good sir." She called out to him while looking at him in the eye, and she can tell Domino's pissed. Probably because of the massive boos when the crowd thought he should have lost. This might get a little ugly for Kinniku Woman if she doesn't end this for real soon, which shouldn't be hard to do now that Domino would be REALLY weakened right now.

Bringing her arms up, Kinniku Woman puts her guard up while she walks over to her opponent to continue the match right away. Even if he's weakened she shouldn't take any chances in case he tries anything. Once she gets close Kinniku Woman will attempt to throw her arms at Domino to lock in a collar and elbow lock-up, while at the same time bringing her left leg to wrap around his to further attempt to trip and slam the man down with a forward Russian Legsweep.

Domino clashes with Kinniku Woman, locking up with her. He grapples at her shoulder and neck, leaning in close enough to press his forehead against hers, his heated breath beating against her face, and dark amethyst eyes affixed to her big reds. Though roughed up, he still manages to pull off that model-esque appearance, at least!

Before he can ply the remainder of his strength into overpowering his feminine foe, she's sweeping his leg from under him! His fingers slip from her body, and the teen lands hard on his chest! The impact leaves him breathless, jarred, and completely stunned, his body going limp.

"Nnh... gh.."

In the heat of the lockup between the wrestlers in what might as well look like "the final showdown", the plan to distract Domino was a success as Kinniku Woman used the Forward Russian Legsweep to bring him down on his back with her laying right next to him on her front. Tired and drenched, she slowly pushes herself up to look at the condition of her opponent, seeing that he is out of it from the sudden slam.

Thinking this is the chance now, Kinniku Woman throws herself on top of Domino again to go for another pin attempt, with the ref coming back down to count. Reika didn't want this to stretch anymore as the strain from this might actually over stress them, and so needs to end this match.

"One..!"

Domino is far from unconscious, but his body is worn, tired, and battered. He feels Reika's body drop across his. It doesn't feel like a particularly secure pin, but given both their states, it's likely more than enough. He can feel every breath she takes, equally pressing into her with each labored inhale. The mat shakes with the slap of the first count.

He could lie there all night; let his body rest, tune out the world, and recuperate. His muscles and bones would thank him. He fought hard today, but she's the one who brought him down. She's strong and skilled. No reason she shouldn't be able to. No shame in losing to someone like that, is there? But that audience turned on him. Those jerks don't think he's capable of pulling it off.

The mat shakes again. "Two...!"

Isn't that what he came here for? To prove that he actually has what it takes to be champion? To prove that you don't need to be an enormous, musclebound freak to be on top? That there's something to be said for skill and force of will? He can't say many people believed in him or took him seriously back home, but this is his time. This is what he came here to do; to prove people like that wrong.

"Th- wait!"

Just before the three-count hits, Domino's body tucks against Kinniku Woman's, popping a shoulder off the mat. "N'gah!" For the second time, he's narrowly escaped the three-count, and the referee is waving her hands for a near-fall. Only two!

With one last quick attempt to end the match now, Kinniku Woman laid herself on top of Domino yet again to try to score the pinfall. If she weren't so tired she'd try to secure the hold better to prevent him from escaping again if he still had energy to spare. But Reika was confident this would be it, although she knew it was at least a 20/80 chance of succession with the 80% on her side and she PLEADED in her head that this match will finally end with her win.

Her eyes were shut tight and her jaw clenched, waiting to hear the number she wanted to hear from the ref-girl. It once again felt like time slowed down for Kinniku Woman in this moment, but she managed to hear it. The referee counting to one, then two, and just when that last number was coming, Kinniku Woman was shot off of Domino as he managed to push a shoulder and his upperbody up, making Reika roll off of him.

Once again, she was utterly speechless at this guy's endurance, how does he do it?? She just couldn't believe it! This time the crowd didn't boo, but were amazed at how Domino can still get up after everything he took in this match, especially the Kinniku Buster. But this has gone on long enough, for both of them. Kinniku Woman will push herself up then grab Domino by his head and shoulders to force him back up to his feet. Hoping to set up another technique to finally take the fight out of him and end this match once and for all.

The fickle audience is astonished; it's bittersweet to Domino. It's great that a few are cheering, but they're still shocked. That's not good enough. They need to know what he's capable of. They need to expect the best out of him. He can't be done here until he's on top of this girl, or his body gives out on him.

Teeth grit as she grabs his head and shoulder, the teen following along with her plans to stand up. That mixture of frustration, anger, and determination is like electricity pumping through his limbs. The light tremble in his body and ragged breathing is a clear sign of how physically beaten he is. But in a sudden, snappy move, his fingers lace together and swing in low, aiming to collide with the pit of her stomach!

It was almost time, and it NEEDS to come right now, Kinniku Woman manages to pull Domino back onto his feet yet again. Her expression showed how tired she was and her body was glistening and drenched with sweat, and the same was said for her opponent who was just as tired. The young woman grabs Domino's head with both hands after bringing him up, just about to shove his head under and between her legs to pull off one final move that would definitely put this guy down for good before either one of them broke.

But it wasn't meant to be, in a swift and quick unexpected move, Domino had slammed his fists into Kinniku Woman's abdomen hard. She let out a loud grunt in pain and backed away from the man, clutching her stomach and coughing up saliva as she bent herself forward, leaving herself wide open and vulnerable.
