Kyo Akamatsu vs Kinniku Woman (Revival)

Shaking his head, Kyo rolled, moving to push himself back up to his feet. He expected Kinniku to follow up after him, to start harrying him while he was down. To his pleasant surprise, however, she backed off, and started circling him, seemingly waiting for him to get back up fully.

Ignoring the way he was still smarting after that slam, Kyo pushed himself up to his feet and mirrored Kinniku's circle. "Keep trying then," he said with a grin. He was thoroughly enjoying this match, though he still had every intention of winning it. As the two circled, Kyo would suddenly force the issue by lunging forwards, faking a leg sweep...but instead spinning up at the last moment, aiming to surprise Kinniku with an elbow to the face!

All Reika was doing right was keeping her eyes on her opponent, waiting for him to make his move against her rather then strike first. Her eyes were completely scanning his body, looking with his motions on what he might do. But it was a bit difficult to do as Kyo proved to be a bit unpredictable during this match, just the way she likes it as it makes a match much more fun.

They drew closer as Kinniku Woman circled her opponent and vice versa, and Kyo took that moment to charged at the woman. She THOUGHT she was ready, seeing the Leg Sweep attempt but is shocked and sees Kyo go for her face with his elbow after using a Feint on her. Since her stance was a defensive one, she quickly throws her arms up in defense and was barely able to block the elbow. But in turn her arms took the blow and hurt which can be seen on Kinniku Woman's face, backing a bit away from him in the process.

Kinniku reacted quicker than Kyo had expected, bringing her arms up to block Kyo's elbow. He wasn't about to give her time to recover, though: maintaining his momentum, he tried to close the distance between them, aiming to nail Kinniku with a hard knee to the midsection.

If he managed this, and if this succeeded in stunning Kinniku, then he would waste no time in wrapping one arm around her head and grabbing the edge of her outfit with another, aiming to jump back and nail her with a quick, and effective, suplex!

Not even a few seconds have passed once Kinniku Woman took that elbow to her arms, they still hurt and were shaking, so to speak. Of course giving the status of the match, this left her open for the "Quick Kyo" as she'll call him to take point in. Not even going to let Reika have a break here, but then again that is normal in wrestling to get the upper hand.

As there wasn't much distance between the two to begin with, Kyo just dashes up to Kinniku Woman and delivers a knee to her abdomen. Effectively making her double over. "Oof!" Not even a second later, her head was wrapped under Kyo's arm before being lifted up high over his head and slammed into the ring with a jumping Vertical Suplex into the mat!

There was a loud, and satisfying thump as Kyo slammed Kinniku down to the mat. He took a few seconds to look down at the pink haired girl, and saw that she was now nicely stunned and vulnerable to a follow up. A part of him wanted to try pinning Kinniku here and now, to try to end this match quickly, but he knew by now just how tough a fighter Kinniku was. No, he knew, he would have to soften her up more first.

"Going up," he said, grabbing for her head to drag her up to her feet. Once he did so, he would try to hook an arm under her thigh, lifting her up before slamming her down onto the small of her back in a power slam. If he managed that, then he would make sure that he was still holding her leg up as he executed the slam, so that she would be folded instantly for a pin.

Well that hurt quite a bit. "Ow." Kinniku Woman laid on the mat for a bit after taking that Jumping Suplex, definitely a unique move in her book. Despite being really open she couldn't move right away, so Kinniku Woman's head was easily grabbed and was forced to stand up. Reika had shaken off most of the pain once she was on her feet, and can move again.

So just before Kyo reached for her thigh Kinniku Woman will tilt her upperbody to the side then quickly bring an arm to his head to wrap around it, while the other goes to his own thigh. She wasted no time here, Kinniku Woman immediately pulls back to roll herself and Kyo over with him underneath and using her right leg to interlock with his other leg, going for a surprise Small Package pin.

"Going down!" She'll say as they go down, trying to keep a tough hold on Kyo's legs so he doesn't escape. Hoping for the ref-girl can hit the 3 count before then.

"One...!"

As he set Kinniku up for a suplex, Kyo briefly felt the girl's arms go to his head and thigh. A second later, his world went spinning upside-down. "WHAA--?" he cried, as he was suddenly flipped over and wrapped up neatly in a pin. His legs were folded, and his arms were pinned down squarely on the mat. For a few seconds, Kinniku had him good.

Cursing, he kicked out, aiming to break the pin, and, hopefully, unhook his legs in the process. If he managed this, then he'd wind up draped across Kinniku and returning the favour, hooking her own leg for a quick and sudden pinfall. "ONE--" the ref girl would shout again.

It was a really quick motion that not even the crowd kept up when Kinniku Woman did the Small Package pin. With Kyo locked like this so suddenly maybe it might take him a while to process it and stay like this to give Kinniku Woman the win. This proved to be wrong however when Kyo used all the power in his legs to kick out, freeing them from Reika's arm and leg and even rolled back a bit he landed on top of her before hooking her leg up. "H-hey!" Now she was in a pin herself instead under Kyo, with the ref-girl resetting the count on her.

"Two...!"

She briefly panicked a bit before quickly thinking as the two count was made. Kinniku Woman will place her hands on Kyo's shoulder and side abdomen, and then will start to buck her hips up. At the same time she'll push with both hands while trying to twist her shoulder to the side to lift it off, hoping that the simultaneous force of pushing and bucking with throw Kyo off of her.

Kyo's heart skipped a beat as he rolled Kinniku underneath him, reversing her pin attempt and folding her up nicely for a pin instead. In the background, Kyo heard the count reach two, and for a moment, dared to think that this was it, that he was finally winning this match.

But then Kinniku twisted hard, pushing out with such force that Kyo was thrown off of her. He went spinning away from the pink haired girl, before arresting his roll and getting back up to his hands and knees, looking across the ring at his opponent. As he pushed himself back up, he realized that he was smiling. Win or lose, he was enjoying this match and enjoying such a great opponent.

"Almost had you there," he said to Kinniku as he stood back up.

Kinniku Woman let out a major gasp of relief after throwing Kyo off of her, she almost thought she was gonna lose there. Her heart was racing at a million miles an hour. Mostly out of excitement, this match was just very thrilling but in that moment is was in a quick moment of panic that already subsided away.

"Close, but not quite. As I'm rearing to go still, til one of us goes down."

She will say to her opponent while pushing herself up as well. Like Kyo, it was easy to see that there is a smile on Reika's face. But she wasn't going to let this excitement calm at all. Once both wrestlers are back on their feet, Kinniku Woman will charge at Kyo at full throttle and once she's close to him she'll throw an arm at his neck then wrap her right leg with his to trip Kyo. To bring him down hard with a forward Russian Leg Sweep.
