Jean vs Juniper

Submission match. First to submit loses

Tonight was Juniper's first fight in the Tension league. Excitement for the rush of a fight ran through her veins. She waited with this building anxiety for a while backstage before finally.....

Nirvana's 'Breed' plays loudly over the arwna speakers. Juniper runs out, down the ramp. She had her normal attire of a ripped black shorts and red shirt combo. And (surprisingly) she wore black sneakers in her feet.

Getting into the ring, she thrashed her head to the song. Her red and black-tipped hair wildly flies around. She made herself out to be a wild girl. At the songs end, she fixes up her hair slightly and walks to a corner to wait.

Jean shook out his prematch jitters by jumping in place a bit, waiting to hear the music to cue his entrance. Tonight was to be his debut in the Tension League, and he wanted to make sure he left a good impression. Luckily for him, he'd been told that he'd be facing off with someone else making their debut, so that helped relieve some of the apprehension.

The muffled Nirvana song he could hear from backstage suddenly gave way to the shrill cry of an electric guitar, signaling the beginning of his entrance song 'Dead Heat'.

Showtime.

Making his way out into the arena, Jean showed up shirtless and in a pair of tight black pants. Dark sunglasses hid his face and drew the audience's gaze toward the grin on his face. Making his way down towards the ring, he stopped near the end of the ramp and peeled his glasses down slightly, sticking his tongue out to help sell the rockstar bit.

Tossing the glasses into the crowd, he hopped up into the ring and stretched his arms out a bit. Eyeing his opponent up and down, Jean was very interested to see what this Juniper had to bring to the table.

Juniper watches the guy come down the ramp. Her opponent seeemed pretty confident in himself. Jun8pet crosses her arms as he came doen the ramp. He stopped outside of the ring yo lower his shades. His tongue hung out.

It gave her a slight chill to see him like that. Odd...

" You just gonna stare, or are you gonna talk?" She asks, watching the guy look her up and down. He seemed almost to be gawking at her.

"Je suis désolé, just checking out the competition" Jean shrugged, bouncing on the balls of his feet. He was itching to get this match started now, to make a lasting impression win or lose. But he really didn't plan on the latter.

"Ready?" he asked a few seconds before the bell dinged and the match officially began. Jean adopted a cautious stance, his eyes trained on Juniper as he began to circle around. His style was more suited towards out maneuvering and countering an opponent, so he decided to let Juniper take the first offensive move in the match.

Oooh. A French guy. Juniper didnt really know anyone that spike it, but loved the language anyway. He seemed just as excited as Juniper was to fight him. She struck a seductive pist for him. "Heh, get a look at me, then. Cause Juniper Nayle is gonna be the girl who kicks your ass."

She watches him take on a defensive stance. Good, cause Juniper wasnt gonna be the one to not attack first. She moves closer to him, arms ready to pick him up if she got close enough.

Juniper's comeback and pose made Jean's grin widen, he was glad to be facing someone who could match his attitude. Most of it was for show, but there was undeniably some of his own personality and ego mixed in there too.

But now Juniper was coming towards him and he needed to act. He estimated she was a good three or four inches taller than him, which gave her a good advantage in that her height also likely came with extra muscle. It wasn't likely he'd be able to go for any strong technical moves while she was still fresh and ready to rumble, so he needed to wear her down or outlast her stamina first.

As she advanced towards him he waited until just the right moment to duck out of her grasp and spun tight to her back. His arms snaked forward around her waist, trying to thread his hands together and get a good grip for a suplex if she didn't react quickly enough.

She was bigger than he was. But even Juniper knew that just cause she was bigger, it would not garuntee her a victory. She lunges forwad to try and grab him up. But, she would not cath him.

Jean stayed close to her body, moving around to grab her by the waist. " Hey! Get away from-- Ahh!" She was tossed back un a suplex. Her back slams into the canvas

His hands had managed to catch hold and he immediately began hoisting her up off the ring floor. He planted and pivoted his feet just right, letting gravity do the rest of the work as he slammed Juniper's back into the canvas behind him.

Jean was quick to recover to his knees, eyes scanning the ring and assessing the situation. He had gotten a decent first strike but power moves weren't really his thing, he craved something with a bit more finesse and intrigue.

He moved over and tried to take hold of one of Juniper's legs, clearly aiming to target them in his next move.

Juniper's back slammed into the canvas pretty hard. She could almost feel a little buzz go through her back. Whether or not it was the pain or the adrenaline was hard to figure out. It didnt really matter at the moment, however. Juniper had to get up before he could do anything. She sees him making a reach for her leg.

He would grab onto it before she could pull her leg away from him. Juniper lifts up her other leg and slammed her foot into him as hard and as many times as she could. "Get away! Off, boy, OFF!" She couldnt help but say this with a smirk.

Jean got a good grip on Juniper's ankle with both hands and began to try to flip her onto her chest. He was going to try for a Boston crab, which ought to play off the suplex very well.

However he was stopped short when a felt a huge explosion of pain in his side, like someone had thrown a brick at him. He started to try to flip her again when he felt the impact again....and again!

Jean decided to retreat now rather than power through her powerful legs, feeling the stinging redness beneath the skin that would soon show. He hadn't failed to notice what she'd called him either, boy, as if she wasn't taking him seriously.

Grinning once more, he stretched out his neck and waved his fingers at her.

"Bring it on, fille"
