I actually do have some questions.
How do I set up a match with someone?
How do they work? As in dice or just agreement
I noticed you can't link to chars in siggies like you could on the old site, why?

Typically, you just PM them and ask. You can also start a topic in the Notice board to get attention from people who might want a match.

Typically, agreements are made over PM. I've decided certain parts of certain matches by luck, but that's not a common thing, I think.

I noticed you can't link to chars in siggies like you could on the old site, why?

Beats me.

You can link in a Sig but the character limit is smaller. If it's just a few characters, it should be no trouble.

Before you can set up a match though you'll have to make a character as well as have him/her approved.

1. Send a PM to someone if you wish to have an RP with a specific character. We also have a fantastic Notice Board where you can explain what you want and see if someone messages you/posts in the thread with a response. As was mentioned one must have a character and have them approved to participate in an RP thread.

2. Well, matches with different people work different ways. Some people want more choreographed bouts with the winner determined beforehand, while others prefer it to be entirely improvised. When in doubt, shoot them a message. This isn't roleplaying the same way D and D is roleplaying- there aren't any Armor saves or Diplomacy checks. Rather, read your RP partner's post fastidiously and use your judgment.

3. The servers have been held hostage for months. A particularly quarrelsome group of ferrets invaded and decided to be massive assholes. I blame them.
