Once he had left Mariko took her coffee with her into the living room and sat on the couch. She had noticed signs of his affection for her throughout the night. But she'd dismissed them, believing it likely wasn't anything serious. Still, she'd had fun playing with her pet. It was definitely a first for her here in AFW, and an experience she'd always remember.
