Blame It On The Rain (For Acuya)

"Clean me up?" Chris raised an eyebrow at Valley's words. "I don't think I'm so bad off that I can't hold off on a shower until I get home...."
Then again, at the very least she should probably at least dry herself off. The last thing she needed right now was to come down sick. With that thought in mind, she offered no resistance as the other woman pulled her into the bathroom, giving Chris her first view of the entire room.

"Oh wow....even a place to shower?" she said. "The Japanese go all out on it's public facilities, don't they?"
Stepping in, the noticed that the confines of the room, while somewhat spacious for a bathroom, still put her in really close quarters with Valley. Although the revelation wasn't lost on her, Chris did her part to keep her face and voice neutral and most importantly, her eyes up. Looking about, she looked about for another towel, but didn't see one in plain sight.
"Hey Val, are there any more of those hand towels? I should dry off, at least. I'm the last person you want to see come down with a cold. I turn into the world's most neediest person when I get sick...." she said with a grin.

Valley was born at night, but it wasn't last night. She could see the signs.

She'd often wondered on which side of the fence Chris fell on. It was never all that clear - they didn't talk much about their lovelives. Need. Chris needed her. It had a been while since she'd heard words like that, even longer since she was sure the person saying them meant it. While Chris was busy stripping, Valley took the opportunity to do the same. Being economic with their time was probably a good idea.
