Or he'll keep getting the reaction, but won't get the push he deserves because Vince just doesn't get the gimmick. Paul Burchill's pirate gimmick may not have been great, but it got a damn good reaction, since it was 2006 and the world loved Jack Sparrow....but Vince didn't get it, so it was canned. More recently, Bo Dallas had a good start with his "Bo-Leive" gimmick, but ended up becoming a jobber, because Vince just didn't get the gimmick.


Basically if Vince doesn't get it, it doesn't get pushed. Ambrose is like a face version of Kane right now, he can beat lower roster guys, and work main events against upper card guys, but loses all his matches against upper card guys.

Speaking personally, I'd love to see Rollins win the title at Rumble, Ambrose win the rumble itself, and Reigns win an elimination chamber to set up a Shield Triple Threat for the belt at Mania, but thats just me XD

I think I'm the only person I know who isn't an Ambrose fan, but I gotta admit I'd damn sure pay to see that match in the main event of Wrestlemania. That would be epic.

Ambrose deserves better, that is for sure. WWE seems to actively fight the guys they don´t want or see at the top. In a smark city like Chicago, WWE knows that Reigns vs Ambrose would see Reigns booed, so they sse themselves probably forced to eliminate the competition for their next golden boy.

Well, Ambrose CAN sell. I think him and Ziggler are probably the best in the busines at it. Plus, he's got pretty good technical skills, especially for wrestling in jeans. He's great on the mic and he's GOT charisma.

The saddest part is, HE'S FUCKING BIGGER THAN ROMAN REIGNS!

Maybe he's not bulkier, he's definitely taller. He's the biggest dude in shield, he's just skinner and hunches.

Bleh.

I love wrestling, I really do, but I haven't really gotten excited about a wrestler consistently since I was a kid. Ambrose males me giddy again >.<

They are just going to job him and have him do Lou thesz presses forever though. siiiiiiigh.

On a semi relevant side note. Russev sells really good too o.O

Rusev is indeed a very good wrestler for a guy of his size. I don´t know about his promo skills, but WWE adressed the problem with Lana, who can both talk and looks stunningly good.

Yeah, he wouldn't be anywhere without Lana. That's what you do with guys like that.

So everybody with DVR, pause and slow mo your way through that Curb Stomp to Lesnar and Cena. You'll notice that while Cena used his hands to block/soften the move, Lesnar did not.

Instead, Lesnar straight up smacked his own head down onto the mat. Lesnar honestly does not give a single shit about protecting himself in the ring, and I have no idea how it hasn't bit him in the ass yet.


Also, been reading Jericho's new book. It's a great read, and the stories are great. Apparently Vince McMahon, like Lesnar, also gives no shits, and has at time, not only challenged, by actually legit scrapped with some of his own talent. That takes some balls right there.

The end of that match made me happy. ^ ^
