LORD that brings me back, my first PS2 RPG. It was the role-playing game version of a Tim Burton stop motion movie where I actually think you played as the villain because the MC was possessed by a goofy devil shadow thing, I think. There was also an exploit where if you hung around a certain part of a dungeon you could get into random encounters with creatures ten levels over you. If you grinded there you would be over-leveled for about a third of the game.
