SS '14 Closing Ceremonies

As the arena lights provided the illumination to the blackened Atlantic City Sky and all the dust had settled, after all the blood, sweat and tears had soaked the ring to saturation, there was one final ceremony left to conclude the Summer special. The dirtied ring was covered with black carpet and a podium was set in the middle. After a moment, "Control" began to play and after a long chorus of boos, Lukretia came down to the entrance ramp. She slid into the ring and up to the podium, leaning forward to check the microphone.

"Finally our show has come to a close. I hope you all enjoyed ze matches und ve look forward to our next event. Ze city has been a most gracious host und ze opening of ze Palaestra vas quite a success as vell. Please round off ze applause." Lukretia smiled and clapped briefly. "But before ve say goodnight, ve have ze results of ze Friction vorld cup. Please, direct your attention to ze  AFWtron for an official listing. Vinning ze tournament as a representative of ze vinning country vas Miss kelly Convay." There was a loud boo after the name was spoken. not just because Kelly had won but because Lukretia had definitely had a hand in the victory. "America von in glorious fashion vith ninety one points. In a distant second vas Japan und in Third place Vas Canada. How exciting, hopefully ve vill be able to do something like zis. Please, one more cheer for all involved!"

I believe that this FWC was a great success and I'd like to thank everyone who participated personally!
