Ice cream with a Dragon and a gunslinger

"I was just saying we might have a match in the future. Maybe for training purposes."

She was relived. "Okay, okay. I-I was just wondering. But yeah, we can train sometime." She eats another spoonful of ice cream, which was about half done. Auraborus stretches her arms upwards. If Catherine didn't see the cake blades on the jacket yet, she'd see them now. "Hey, thanks for the ice cream, by the way."

Catherine smiles "No problem. I like doing things like this with people. I love making friends and, usually within things like the AFW, friendly rivals." She looked down at her ice cream, well, what's left of it "Yea, I think I should have ordered more."

"A rival? N-No, no....I'm not worthy of that. I haven't really done all that much to grab your attention....Have I?" Auraborus was usually one to be modest when complimented. Sort of a force of habit. The dragon looked to the counter and saw that it was empty. " You can only get another ice cream, you know. No one's going to stop you."

Cathereine shakes her head. "No, you don't need to. I said friendly rival, but we can lean more towards more friend than rival. As for my ice cream, I know I can, but I am going to finish what I have left." she replied. Catherine was about two bits away from finishing, so it didn't take long before she was looking for a break in the conversation

The dragon sighs a bit. "Sorry. I'm.... Not really good at these sort of things. Like, being outgoing and friendly. I usually just stay at home." She smiles shortly after. "But, you've been so good to me. You're such a nice person." She giggled slightly and began to finish her ice cream. Auraborus was trying hard to impress Catherine. Or at least try to make herself look weird. But...That was starting to become too late of a thing to do...

Catherine smiled "It's okay. You'll get used to it. Everything you do gets better with repetition." Catherine then continued after taking a moment to clear her throat "I can definitely see us together down the road doing more things like this. I am sure that given time we could become good friends."

"Repetition...." This made her think about when she was taught repeatedly about manners. She should have been going to school and making friends, instead.... The dragon finishes up her ice cream and smiles at this kind girl. "Yeah, of course. We're gonna be awesome friends.

Catherine smiles. Her first friend in the AFW. "Just so you know, I don't go easy on my friends, I give them 120%." she said with a competitive grin.

That grin made Auraborus a bit resistant to having Catherine as a friend. But, the reason for it was well defined. She has someone, i.e: Auraborus, as a friend, a sparring partner, and someone to help her in this backwards place known as the AFW.
