The Serpent's Offer (For Tali)

As Dragon pushed himself up to inspect the damage he had done to Johnny, a powerful blow struck the back of his head. He blacked out for a second but somehow found the will to roll away from harm as he fell to the cold concrete floor. He managed to stumble to his feet in flight, both hands grasping the back of his head. "Bitch!" he yelled out as he fled. He couldn't call fool play but the surging pain in his head made him want to. He couldn't risk fighting them both at the same time.

"You made your choice. I'll make you regret it," he called out as he turned around a safe distance from them. He could feel his throbbing pulse at the back of his head. "You just wait!"
