Hardcore rules! Damus vs Ninjette.

Match won via pinfall, submission or KO. No DQ or countouts and weapons are encouraged.



The audience of the AFW awaited eagerly to see who would fight next in the ring, this match was the debut of the man known as the anti-knight. His name was Damus Kirenko, a man who hailed from the cold Russian lands. He was the son of a corrupt politician, a ruthless childhood hardened him into the man he was now. But the only reason he was here in the AFW was revenge.

His revenge was aimed at the young man known as Ryan Knight, the leader of the United Kingdom Elite. In the past the two had clashed blades in a national fencing tournament, with Damus representing his Motherland and Ryan representing the UK. Damus fought with skill, but Mr Knight's talent proved to be too much for Mr Kirenko.

He returned disgraced to Russia, and now he wasn't able to focus on anything apart from one thing. And that was claiming his revenge upon the young man, but that wasn't happening tonight. No rather he was battling a young woman called Ninjette as he later found out, and it seemed she was ally of Mr Knight.

In the book of Damus that meant she was a valid target on his path of conquest, first she would fall. Then it would be Mr Knight's family, with Ryan Knight being the last and best. And now he was to do battle with the ninja girl in a match where anything went. He decided it was rather fitting, he could display his power and at the same time decimate an ally of Ryan.

So he was told it was his time to get into the match, he made his way to just behind the entrance ramp.

Instantly he received a large amount of boos from the crowd, perhaps because they'd heard of how he hated the major tension star that Damus wanted payback from.

Since weapons were encouraged Damus came prepared, held tightly in the right hand of Damus was a kendo stick. As he was skilled in fencing he decided the weapon was the closest thing he could carry in.
Mr Kirenko entered the ring and would wait for Kozue to appear at the entrance ramp, and that's when Damus would start things off. He'd get out the ring and move to the entrance ramp, intent on just getting the fight underway!

Oh, a hardcore match. He hadn't mentioned that little tidbit when they were setting things up, now did he?

As soon as she found that out, she had to make some adjustments. First and foremost, she had to pick an actual weapon to come down with. The golf club? Not a bad choice, but this guy seemed a bit sturdier than most, and he was still a big question mark in a lot of ways. Better to work with something that gave her some distance, that she knew how to use, and that he'd have trouble using against her if she dropped it - some chain would work nicely.

Cherry blossoms rained down from up above as she walked on, heralding her arrival - though this was a little different than usual.

Obviously, she didn't come down to the ring with a length of chain most times. But this time she wasn't wearing her usual ninja garb, either. No, this time she was wearing something a lot more fitting for the setting. Her short blue jeans, raggedly cut off at the middle of her thigh, a pair of red and black Nike's and matching it all up with her favorite New Jersey Devil's shirt, representing her hockey team of choice. Definitely not ninja wear, but this would be more of a street fight, wouldn't it? She had to dress the part.

She slid on into the ring, bouncing in time to the music as she walked past Damus. "One second, Boris." She hoped up on the middle turnbuckle and threw out a peace sign with her spare hand - good little photo-op, sent the cameras flashing.

She spun around and dropped sitting on the top of the turnbuckle with her legs crossed and the chain on her lap. "Nice stick." She motioned towards his choice of weapon. Sword user with a kendo stick, cute. "So. Boris, before we get this started - I'd like to apologize for that little culturally insensitive remark I made. Was a little low for me, making fun of your accent and heritage like that. I get enough shit from people over my own, you know? I should know better."

She nodded and sigh, nice and solemn, before lighting back up. "That being said...I really am kind of a huge Rocky and Bullwinkle fan, so if you could say that for me in English, it would seriously be the most awesome thing." She flashed him a trademark smile. "Come on. Just once. Please? I got a Starburst in my pocket and I'm willing to bribe."

Damus was intent on attacking right off the bat, but truth be told he was rather taken aback by just how nonchalant Ninjette took this. For one she didn't even seem like she came prepared for a battle, was she even taking this seriously?

And then she was giving off some casual danger dialog, first it was the weapon he used. There was nothing wrong with that, after all he'd used things like it before. The mocking of his homeland he could mostly tolerate sure, but he was the son of a politician.

In response Ninjette talking about how she was a Rocky fan, she must have been talking about Ivan Drago. That was the last straw, Damus was still on the entrance ramp and he was looking irate. If Ninjette wanted to piss him off, she just did it for sure.

"How dare you! Whore!" he spat out as he stomped his foot in anger, he then stormed down and got into the ring.

The man from Russia then pointed his kendo stick at the ninja girl and said "Why don't you get off that turnbuckle, and stick out your getto booty. Cause I'm gonna kick it and send you back to the slums you came from!" he'd wait for the bell to ring and then he'd assume his fencing stance. All the while he looked furious as well.

Meanwhile in the VIP lounge above....
"Whew....You're were right about him bro, he's wintergreen for sure." said a young British girl.

"I do seem to attract attention like that yes." responded the girl's Brother.

"So when are we gatecrashing this wine and cheese party?"

"In time Sister, we shall wait for Mr Carnaby to get here. For now let's just watch and wait, I want to see how Kozue does...." said the young man as he looked on.

Kozue was really of two minds on how to approach this.

On one hand, she, like most women, did not appreciate being called a whore, and something about Damus' accent made it particularly worse. Damus clearly wasn't a ladies' man. Or a gentleman's man. Or an anything man. She got the distinct impression that the silver spoon he'd been born with was still firmly stuck in his mouth, and he was used to getting away with being a dick. Where she came from, guys like him had this funny habit of ending up face down in the Hudson. So she was tempted to ball the chain up and start beating him like he stole something.

On the other hand, though...

"'Ghetto booty'? Really, man?" She broke down into a fit of laughs and hopped off the turnbuckle, holding the chain tight in one hand while she started to swing it with the other hand, building up some momentum as the bell finally rang. He seemed properly pissed off, best to let him make the first move. "Okay, you have to tell me where you heard that little phrase from. I'm dying to know. You sure don't strike me as the type to hang around people who say it in conversation, so..."

As angry as Damus was even he figured he might as well try to engage in a bit of banter, so he smirked and said "I figured you could understand that, I do know some lower class language. I have the servants to thank for that."

Then when the bell rung Mr Kirenko yelled out with "Have at you!" as he made no hesitation in moving in. It was a chain that Ninjette was using, so the Russian figured the best way to act was to try and keep it close quarters. In his mind it could limit the ways Kozue could apply the weapon, at the very least she couldn't heckle him from afar and whip him with it.

So with that in mind Damus rushed forward with the kendo stick in hand, he moved the weapon and aimed for a downward slash at Ninjette's current location.

She shared in the smirk, though for a different reason than he probably had. "Really? What other slang words do you know?"

For all the joking, she was taking Damus seriously - this wasn't like fighting Ryan or even Johnny. Both of them were strong guys, dangerous, but they'd been sportsman, not coming at her with rage, playing with her a bit and enjoying themselves. For all the bravado, Damus was really out to hurt her, and since this was a hardcore match, he'd have free reign to do it. She was fighting against a man twice her size without any rules.

In other words, it would be interesting. Very interesting.

Kozue brought the chain up and held it taught between her hands as the kendo stick came down into it, trying to wrap it up and give Damus a little whip in the face with it, all in one go. Close quarters was not the place she wanted to be with this guy, but she could hang for now.

Damus was planning to bring the kendo stick down hard on the head of Ninjette, in his mind he was hoping to break it over the thick noggin of her. But that wasn't all realistic though.

And then she went and tied her chain round the kendo stick, the tip of it flicking him across the face.
Damus was stunned for a second there for he certainly didn't think that she could pull that off. But regardless both of their weapons were locked now, Damus had an inkling of the plan of the ninja girl. And that was she'd try to keep him at a distance, this wasn't the place where she'd want to be.

The Russian would try to counterattack Ninjette in the best way he could think, he swiftly brought his leg up and would try to kick Kozue right between the legs. It didn't matter if you were a man or a woman, getting hit down their hurt like fuck.

Jesus, this guy had power. She had managed to catch his blow up in her chain and wrap it up, but the force from the blow had almost knocked her down. If he stance had been any narrower, it damn well would have, and being under a guy like this was the last thing she wanted, inside the ring or out of it.

She felt his weight shift and looked down in time to see him coming up with a shot aimed at her groin. She managed to bring her own leg up at the right moment, blocking it with her shin and taking it on the bone, pain flaring up through her leg - but not as bad as a cunt kick would've been.

"A crotch shot? Really?" She suddenly pulled back and brought her feet up, trying to use his own strength against him for a monkey flip, right into the turnbuckle. "You fight like a сука*!"

*Bitch, in Russian. She looked it up on Google after he called her it back at the apartment, just to be sure.

Damus thought that kick would have floored Ninjette, but he figured a woman like her had taken worse blows there. It seemed that he was unlucky there on that move.

He was also a tad surprised when Kozue monkey flipped him, his back landing into the turnbuckle. Damus just managed to stop himself from having his head getting dropped onto the mat. If that were to happen then odds were the Russian would be swiftly beaten after that. His back was hurting just a bit, but thankfully he would avoid major injury.

But regardless it wasn't a good situation for him, with him downed and cornered Ninjette could get the advantage here. So he did the wise thing here, and that was to retreat here. The Russian would roll out the ring as quick as he could, making sure to keep ahold of his kendo stick as he did so.

He didn't want to be without a weapon in this battle if he could help it, he'd walk outside the ring. Tapping the kendo stick on his leg lightly as he climbed back up to the apron a short distance away. "Godammit." he muttered to himself.

He hit the turnbuckle hard - it felt like tossing an sack full of potatoes, but she managed it, slamming him into the turnbuckle. She rolled forward, trying to pull away and yank the sword off as she went, only to find out that it - and Damus - were already gone.

"Oh, come on, man, we just started." She watched him roll out and circle the ring, tending to what little wounds he already had. It was the smart thing to do, really. He was in a bad position with that corner, even a runt like her could work him over with the chain, better to not take any chances.

That didn't mean she wasn't going to screw with him over it.

She started to swing her chain around, gaining some good momentum as she whirled it overhead, and she whipped it at him the second he started to come back, letting it the chains lash out at mach speed.
