Brat Business: The Case of "THE Cyclops".

"THE Cyclops" aka Summer Summers aka Molly Hatcher had just suffered her first lost official AFW match against the nefarious Mecha Neko Mai. Molly swore revenge one way or another and was determined to get even with the girl and perhaps make the girl turn over a new leaf so she joined the side of good and worked towards a future where Mutants and Humans could co-exist happily!

Mai kicked her ass hard and everything on her body felt like it hurt really bad, she was just sore all over and wanted to head to her dorm as fast as possible but as she inched down the hallway, a flyer on the wall, showing three petite, youthful girls together dubbed 'The Brat Pack', their image right above the words 'Recruiting'.

Molly gasped. "RECRUITING!?" She pressed her face right up against the flyer and examined the photo. It was an actual TEAM of wrestlers in AFW! No doubt misfits among their peers and society! Why else would they be called the brat pack!? They might even be mutants as well! One girl had demonic wings and other girl looked kind of feral like wolverine.

Molly gasped. "No doubt the rebel of the team in need of rules and strict discipline!" She'd say sternly. The other girl looked normal but perhaps her powers were not so visible. But regardless if they were mutants like her or not, Molly had a strong belief that these girls were outcasts and they needed a strong, sensible, well disciplined and highly tactical leader to guide them. Molly decided that person would be her and this 'brat pack' was to become her X-Men!!

"No time to lose!" Molly shouted before taking a look at the flyer on where to go before dashing away. Only to have her body cringe up, she was still very sore. "Ow." She whined, hugging her body before she slowly staggered away towards a room that she had no idea was a janitor's closet.

After a good 10 minute limp. Molly reached the door of Brat Pack and took a deep breath. She had to make a good impression in order to gain their trust. Molly slowly raised her sore arm gave three firm knocks.

"Hello? Hello! Yes! I am the handsome powerful mutant known as THE Cyclops, I hear your team The Brat Pack is recruiting, so I came here to... have... that happen... Yes!" Molly would say in her forced monotone voice.

"Please do not be afraid! I. Am. One. Of. You! You need not be alone anymore in a world that hates and fears us!

there was a moment of silence, a bird could be heard crowing out rather foolishly as the end of "THE Cyclops" introduction and heroic pledge was left in the air... After a few good seconds though, someone had to say something and that was Dani...

"Uhmm.. Yeah... So..." She looked at the other two brat packers, but they both had equally confused looks on their faces. "Yeah.. like... if you could just excuse us for a second... Official Private Brat business." She said before get off her chair and dragging both Cham Cham and Izzi down so that they were obscured behind the desk for their "private conference"... Their whispering and mumbling could still be heard though.

"No.. do you?"

"Cham Cham thought you knew her? She refers to us, did Batgirl recruit her?"

"I'm a succubus, not batgirl! and no I didn't.. unless there's been a admin cock up."

"keep your voice down! ...She'll hear.."

"Heh, is she still even out there?" two feline paws appeared on the edge of the table and then slowly two cat ears rose up from behind, a green hair kawaii peered over the desk, stopping short of lifting her nose above the edge of the table... She locked eyes with Cyclops with a good couple of seconds before lowering back down again.

"What do you mean you *think* ?!"

"Well.. listen... maybe when she says "us" she's refering to us kawaii's..."

"Yeah... does the world hate and fear kawaiis?"

"Cham Cham can be pretty fericious, listen to Cham Cham's growl... [size=150:lsw6btcm]GOAWWR!!"

"Ok.. so we should play detective find out what she's talking about."

"Ok.."

"But do it nonchanlantly..."

"What is non-shall-ant-lee?"

"It means act coy and stuff.."

"Ok!"

All three slowly rose from the behind the table with stupid nonchanlant grins on their faces that looked kinda creepy more than anything.

"Oh sorry! Cham cham no see you standing there... So... who sent you?!" Dani had to partly jump on Cham Cham, hurried trying to cover the feline's lips

"Heheh.. Don't mind her, we were just wondering... as one of *us* who fears us..?"

Molly stood there with her hands on her hips in a proud, heroic manner during that moment of silence, sort of assuming that her awesome words no doubt left the crew speechless. It was obviously a lot for them to take in.

"PLEASE! Take your time on your decision! I know it's a lot of responsibility to consider!" Molly announced sternly with her head held high, still using her forced monotone voice to sound extra heroic. she would wait and wait and wait there as the whispering commenced, watching them as they cutely scrambled into a huddle behind the desk.

Molly stood firm. Trying to flex her jaw and make it as firm and square as possible. Sort of making her look like she was straining with something, she had that look on her face even when Cham Cham peared over the desk. Molly didn't move an inch.

She would only jump a little though when she heard a sudden "GOAWWR" that startled her. "I hear you Beast Mutant Friend!" Molly shouted back happily like she could feel Cham Cham's passion to make a better world! No doubt the green haired one. All she was missing was fur and she could be Hank McCoy. Though judging by her appearance, the fur might happen later on.

"Poor girl." Molly mumbled while shaking her head. [size=85:6k2rrudw]"I'll just buy her some books. She's no doubt the brains of the team." She added to herself in a light whisper.

Finally the trio stood up and Molly looked at them with a very wierded out gaze. "Uhh...Heeh." Her demeanor faltered when she saw those wide creepy grins that made Molly sort of grin back to try and fit in, only her grin was far more nervous.

But suddenly when Cham Cham started speaking about who sent Molly, The so-called mutant was about to answer but Dani covered her lips and Molly could only raise her eyebrow in confusion right as Dani told her not to bother with Cham and instead asked another question that made Molly's eyes widen.

She got into a hunch and raised a dramatic shaking fist towards the Trio. "Humanity... Humanity is what Hates and Fears us because they just don't understand our gifts! But it's okay! None of you need not ever be alone again! I can help you all be accepted!!!" She announced before throwing her arms out above her head, as if expecting some fireworks to pop off behind her.

"...But we are all humans here..." Dani said as she let go of Cham Cham and cocked her head to one side a bit "You're confusing me."

"Actually, Cham Cham is a cat girl.. meow mew.."

"Yeah and I am a 124 year old succubi... I eat humanity flakes for breakfast."

"And you.." Cham Cham pointed at Dani "..are a waitress."

"... What does that have to do with anything?"

"A waitress instead of a human."

"What?! Being a waitress is a job silly. There's no such thing as a 'waitress being' "

"Sounds like a perfect case of a waitress being in denial" Izzi whispered to Cham Cham

"I am not in denial!"

"Uhuh.. so you aren't denying that you worked as a waitress and that maybe thats just your species."

"I am denying that, I worked as a waitress before coming to AFW."

"Denying... ie denial... Denying equals denial." Dani sighed and decided a quick change in focal point was in order.. Looking back at the Cyclops

"So, what are you suppose to be then?"

"And who sent you?!"

"You are!?" Molly gasped. They were all humans? How could this be!? Part of her didn't want to believe it. Maybe they just didn't know they were mutants? Regardless, when the other two girls referred to themselves at cat girls and succubi, Molly's eyes lit up with wonder and confusion.

Her head would turn and go back and forth between Danni then to Cham Cham and Izzi as they spoke to the waitress entity. Perhaps she was created as a waitress? Had to be. There no was mutant power to make someone a waitress, that would just be plain silly. But gave the three a curious look, were they not mutants? Molly didn't know what a succubi was but anyone who lived 124 years old obviously wasn't human and that was good enough for Molly to consider someone was a mutant.

"First team candidate confirmed." She thought to herself If Izzi was the cloest thing to the X-men character: "Angel" then Cham Cham was obviously "Beast"!

"Huh? Oh!" Molly realized they were talking to her again, she perked her head up. "Well I told yo-... I mean..." She forgot to use her deep monotone voice. "I was sent by Professor Charles Xavier! It is my job to bring together the mutants of society to help realize his dream!" She spoke bodly with her chest puffed out and her hands on her hips, only to have that falter when she had to ask a question.

"Ummm... Question... I was a cashier before coming here... Does that mean I'm a living cashier?" She asked nervously, honestly unsure.

"A living cashier? how can a cashier be living..? Cham Cham says you talking crazy talk, you crazy!" Cham Cham said, muddling her words and missing the similarities between thinking that being a cashier might be more than just a job and that a waiteress is similar.

"Professor... Xavier... that sounds awfully familiar from somewhere.." Dani mused to herself.

"Sounds like a dumb dumb if you ask me... why would he need us to see his dreams? can't he dream without help?"

"That does sound dumb... Cham Cham can easily dream on her own with her eyes closed!"

Molly's eye twitched. Was she called crazy? She immediately began to snap at Cham Cham. "IM NOT CRA-..." She began to shout in her regular voice before she covered her mouth like she said something regrettable. "I-I mean... I'm not sure." She said sheepily as she stared at her toes before she heard Dani speak.

"SO YOU KNOW HIM!" She beamed with a grin before it quickly faltered with her jaw dropping as they dared referrer to Xavier and his dream as dumb. She clinched her shaking fists and grit her teeth at the two original brats.

"NOO!!" She screeched, jumping up briefly to give a quick stomp to the floor. "IT IS NOT DUMB! It's to help us all because everyone thinks we're wierd or freaks and they don't understand! Y-YOU don't even understand! Argh!" Molly yelled running her hands through her hair in frustration before pointing aggressively at the trio.

"Actually, you know what!? I will be honest. I want the three of you to join me, I'm the leader and you all work under me. It's clear that three of you need to be organized and wake up because you clearly don't know who is the enemy! A well disiplined and organized field leader is what you people require in your lives to help benefit mankind!!!" She shouted angrily. "You call yourselves Catgirl's and S-Suc... Sucu...W-Whatever you are! I bet you neither of have done anything for our fellow outcasts!" She couldn't remember how to say succubus correctly.

Once you see my way is the right way, You won't make fun of what I follow!" She added with a stern glare, unaware of how overboard her flip out was but she didn't care, she didn't like people making fun of what she cared about.

"HA!" Izzi laughed obnoxiously "Us join you..? Dani, scoff dismissively in her face will ya?"

"X... avier..." Dani continued to muse

"Well you are here to audition for the Brat Pack.. Cham Cham are not interested in being bossed around by some fancy-dancy professor..."

"That's telling her Chammers!" Izzi said, getting to her feet and yanking aside a number of coats to uncover a small flip chart on a tri-pod.. "As for the enemy... we are FULLY aware of who the enemy are thank you very much!" She yanked back the front uncover the first picture

"Stupid dood dood head... See? We are perfectly clear who the enemy is! And before long, every one of them with end up with a good old fashion brat face!"

Molly felt big and powerful when she barked her true intentions to the trio but when Izzi laughed obnoxiously and scoffed at the proposition, Molly's confidence faltered. It would seem she had no chance to make things go her way.

"I-It's-It's the good kind of bossed around!" She replied hastily to Cham Cham before Izzi brought out a... flip chart? Molly's blinked, wondering where that came from but that wasn't important, the enemies the group already had were!

"You guys have enemies already? T___T" Molly whined silently to herself. All she had was Mecha Neko Mai, but apperently this organization already had an established list of arch foes! Molly was so jealous now.

But the jealousy sort of went away however when Izzi revealed the first enemy, Migiri. "Uhh... Wow." Molly said bluntly, unable to think of what to say. This woman looked wierd, she had a childish vibe about her but she was huge! Bigger than Her, The Brat Pack and Mecha Neko Mai!

Then came another tall individual with. "Oh my!" Molly gasped at her attire and... Build. She certainly had to attire for a villainess. "Is that her power? Expanding her bust?" Molly asked curiously like it was no big deal before she looked down at her own chest. "Eugh." She frowned before silently weeping. Some things just weren't fair.

THEN CAME EXHIBIT C. Izzi flipped the sheet over and revealed a hulking blonde haired man that was covered head to toe in well defined, rock hard muscles. "Eep!" Molly shrieked. These girls fight with him!? But he was so huge! He was a hulking mass of meat who looked really really mean.

But Molly's eyes started to illuminate as she raised her shaking clinched fist. "Ooooooo....THAT'S SO COOOL! You guys have a cool villain!!" She was breaking character but she couldn't help it, this guy was Juggernaut material and Molly was jealous that she wasn't fighting people like this just like Scott would!

"You guys are soooo awesome!" She exclaimed happily, jumping up and down with her hands balled up against her chest. She was taking back everything she said, these guys had cool stuff now.

"Those are all your enemies? You fight them all!? What kinds of powers do they have!? Are they mutants too!?" Molly asked speedily with excitement before suddenly gasping when something caught her mind. "....Do... Do they have an leader? Like Magneto or Mister Sinister?"

"That's right!" Izzi said, grinning widely with her eyes closed.. Fists against her hips as she stuck her small chest out in a proud self important manner

"And thats just some of the enemies on our list..." Dani looked on out of the corner of her eyes, she couldn't tell if Izzi was playing along to this hero/mutant fantasy that this Cyclops seemed to have... or if Izzi was just full of herself as per usual

"Of course, not all of them are aware that they are our enemy yet.." She said, waving a hand dismissively "but that is just a minor issue though.. Soon enough they'll know that they are our enemies.. And on that day, they'll be dinning on some brat butt." she sighed and finally opened her eyes.

"So... Bet you really want to join up with the league Brats now huh... huh?"
