"AHH!" cried out Songbird when she got butted on the head, but that was only part of Reika's little scheme. She then felt two hands going into her gut and she would groan and cringe in pain as she grasped both wrists. "Nngh, let go of me!!" Songbird growled as she attempted to kick Reika away to try and make her stop.

Reika knew she was hurting her, and would not stop until she screamed....or even admitted she had faced a tough opponent, if not, her toughest yet. Taking one last dig of her fist as she pulled it back, and knocked Song hard in the head with her elbow, before getting kicked into the ringpost where her head hit it...quite hard, from all her rage building up. "G gahhhn....I haven't, finished with you..." Reika growled, a little caught of guard by the concussion hit to the ringpost, leaving Song a opening to do some damage on her own. Payback time, if she wanted to call it that way...

"AGH!" cried out Songbird when she got hit by Reika's elbow before kicking her to the ringpost. She would stumble backwards as she covered her face, trying to see where her opponent was. Shaking her head to regain consciousness, Songbird opened her eyes to follow Reika's voice and saw her at the nearest turnbuckle. Now that Reika was shaken up, Songbird now had a chance.

Songbird then took a running start and did a cartwheel before attempting to jump and ram her shoulder to Reika against the turnbuckle. This could do major damage if it worked.

Expecting Song to take this opportunity as she could, Reika was jumped, and hit hard by Song's shoulder charge of a combo of both flesh and bone, smack bang into the ring post. Making Reika grunt as a slight, crack in her glasses appeared, looking upon Song in a show of eagerness to get back at here, even if it rung her jaw in pain from that smash. For what words Song said, were only to become those of a broken voice. Causing her to drool out a bit of saliva as she pressed her hands out in forward, to push away Song's body and shoulder, barely....which could mean a close quarter situation for them both, if, they decided to scrap now.

Most admittedly, that charge was something re would remember the girl by, despite her looks, Song would also be a strong and determined opponent of hers ever since the pits...

Which brought a little joy to her heart, having rekindled the pit's vicious side in the AFW ring.

Songbird herself felt a little worn out as she finished with her shoulder charge and a bit surprised when she saw that she made a crack in Reika's glasses. She would get pushed away and she stumbled back a little to try and catch her breath to recover. As Songbird took several deep breaths, she would glance over to Reika to see what she'll do next.

She did admit though that Reika was probably the toughest opponent she faced yet and she was enjoying being in every part of it.

Even with the punishment Reika dealed out to Song, and the hits she had inflicted from her, Reika's strength was a bit worn too since that hit to the head made her focus a bit more, on finishing Song off, when she least expected it. Gaining quite the throbbing headache from that landing, as what left of glasses, fell off to shatter to the mats below, showing Reika and her gazing eyes without them. Blinking a little...she could look across to see where Song was standing, catching her breath, and in a good position to be tackled down and dug into.

But however from this, Reika, was enjoying Song's persistent ways of not going down fully...each time she striked, Song just got even more stronger, and admired Reika of he toughness. Quite the sight, since Rei was starting to believe the girl's honesty on her words now...

"So you weren't lying..." Reika said, sitting in the corner spitting out a bit of saliva, as her fringe got in the way of her piercing blue eye's. Pulling herself up, to walk towards Song to see if her "strong friend", still had some breath of a fight in her...

Songbird first said nothing when she watched Reika pull herself up. And then she said, "I hardly take back my own words unless I can be proven wrong. But in this case, you proved yourself on one thing: you always manage to strike back even when you're in a tight spot such as this." With that, she would too walk towards her opponent, but so much of the fight made her limp a little bit and breathing heavily.

When she got close, Songbird would stop in her tracks and put her fists up in her fighting stance once more. She would attempt to punch to the gut to try and make Reika double over for starters as Songbird is recovering.

Quite literally, maybe Reika had finally got that into Song's mind? that she had finally admitted, that Reika was just as tough and relentless, as she. But despite the the warm moment between them, Reika was still stunned from a hit to the head...just like that chair a month ago, it hit her head to where it hurt. Making her bloodlust rage grow even further from the pain she inflicted. Each kick, each punch, were really showing up red on her body underneath the clothes, slightly sore, but not fatally injuring her...

The hurt, always felt so nice to feel...for a mind like Reika's, she and her body was always at a state of enduring many bumps and hits. Not completely crazy on giving or receiving pain, but she did show a two faced personality sometimes, at war with herself...pleasure, long term evil, blood lure, all on what to think on a opponent like Song as worthy adversary, or just someone to add to her list. "Hnghhuh!?" Reika grunted, as she had been trapped in the corner by the limping Song, taking in the gut punch as she was stood up, only to lean back into the ring post to feel the lower of her back...receiving the same pain her upper part did before. Truly, Song was not giving up so easily...even when pulped up against a pit fighter...

Though her punch to the gut worked, Songbird was still breathing hard and holding one side of her head with one hand that took a hit from Reika's elbow strike while the other was on her stomach to soothe the pain. She had to focus before continuing the fight. The fight was really taking a toll on both women and Songbird was trying to last as long as her legs could stand. She would take a few breaths and rub her head a little as she inched little by little to Reika.

If she got close without any distraction, she would attempt to grab her opponent by the hair and toss her to the center of the ring. Even at this point, Reika would be reliable for a sneak attack whenever possible.

Luckily for Song, Reika's mind had been rattled from the hit to the cold steel of the post making her, lose her mind a little from whether to spare Song, or just rip into her with the Bloodlust within her. Groaning, as Song grabbed a tight grip on Reika's brown hair, pulling it along, as she then tossed Reika flying to her side laying to the mats, laying there breathing lightly as the crowd roared around them...just, watching Song mewl like a child as she tried to retain some strength, was a pleasure, a opponent who never really gived up despite her flaws against Reika.

Giving Reika quite the headache from all this buzz of sound, throbbing her head, but she knew Song couldn't put much of a fight anymore in condition...

"Your really....one tough girl, aren't you?" Reika said, in a twist tone of admiring attitudes in her voice, when secretly, she was gearing up for the end of this match...

But from a few shakes of her head as she blinked her eyes, focusing, Reika coughed before getting up on one knee...spitting out some excess saliva that came out of her mouth. Whatever Song was thinking though, she had better striked now, than waiting for Reika to come back with a finisher to end her.
