Rad. I feel downright ashamed for never seeing this before.

Alrighty then, so Summerslam's just around the corner! After watching last Friday's Smackdown(for once) I've now formed my crazy match predictions.

First of all, I think Triple H is going to screw Daniel Bryan. I think after letting the match play out for a while so people get their money's worth, he's going to do something along the lines of saying Bryan tapped when he didn't, or attacking Bryan behind Cena's back, or something to that effect, assuring a win for Cena. Then after the match, once Cena realizes what happened, he'll confront Triple H, since(from a character standpoint) Cena's too honorable a dude to want to win a match under screwy circumstances. He'll then receive a pedigree for his troubles, prompting Randy Orton to come out and cash his contract and become the new WWE champ. The whole fiasco will serve as a heel turn for both Triple H and Randy Orton, and it will turn out that Hunter and Vince(and possibly Stephanie) were in cahoots and against Daniel Bryan all along, and are now backing Orton as their perfect corporate champion.

As for CM Punk vs Brock Lesnar, I think Lesnar's going to win, probably with a little interference from Heyman and Curtis Axel at some point in the match. I really don't like the idea of CM Punk losing another huge match after his losses to Taker, Cena, and Rock, but I like the idea of Lesnar losing even less, considering he lost to Cena and basically did little else but put Triple H over in the last half of their feud. Besides, this feud with Punk and Lesnar/Heyman seems like the kind of deal that should spread over at least a couple PPVs instead of being settled in just one, so I'm sure Punk will get his redemption match and a win against Lesnar in the near future.

I think Christian will beat Alberto to become the new World Heavyweight Champion. I would normally think otherwise, but if my predictions for the other two main events come true, then I feel like Christian needs to win so that Summerslam doesn't end up feeling too dominated by huge Heel victories.

I think Bray Wyatt will beat Kane, no question. It's pretty obvious that this feud is ultimately just a means of putting Wyatt over, and even if it wasn't, it'd be weird to see him lose his debut match considering how how hard this guy's being pushed.

Ziggler & Kaitlyn will beat Big E and AJ... I guess. It's hard to care about this match, but I guess my reasoning is I feel like the WWE will give Ziggler this win out of compensation for removing him from the title picture. Hurrah for him.

Rhodes will beat Sandow, because again, I feel like the night will just need more face victories to balance out Lesnar winning, and the Triple H/Orton heel turn(if that nutty theory turns out to be correct).

Brie will beat Natalya, I guess. Just because it's Natalya, and the WWE's rarely done her right in the past. Not that this match means a damn thing.

Aaand I think RVD will beat Ambrose to become the new US champion. While I think Rob will eventually fall into Jericho's role of just being around to put younger guys over(which I don't think is a bad thing), for now people are still riding the high of his return, and he's definately a major attraction. So I can't see him losing a one-on-one PPV match this early on, and putting the US or Intercontinental title on him seems like a smart move.

Other than that, maybe we'll see a last minute match spring up during the PPV itself. Maybe Big Show and Mark Henry vs The Shield for the tag titles, or Mark Henry vs Ryback. Who knows.
