Give kerflubble credit, he's the first IWC member I've met to use logic in his argument.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
Show sucked any heat from Swagger, the same with Cody. I really like Big Show, but don't pair him with guys that are on the rise or new Champions, he will extinguish any fire they have. Swagger shouldn't have constantly run from Show, he is a big guy by himself and could have at least stood up to him and get beaten instead of running from the start. Rhodes is a small guy and could afford to do that but Show ragdolled him at WM(I loled and he deserved to be grand slam winner) and his whole run as classic IC was squashed with him nowhere to go. Show single handedly destroyed the SES and Punk only got away cause he quit in the match. Mercury and Gallows were never going anywhere as it seems, so that was not as severe as the above Swagger and Rhodes.
Cesaro could be the exception here like Lesnar was the exception as hes extremely strong and a first class technician in one person.
Zack Ryder is just sad. Gets over on his own - is shat on by WWE. Nobody said he should be Champion, but a non jobber role maybe? Sometimes they throw him a bone, but against Kane the story was just sad...
Celtic Warrior Sheamus - any day. Irish Fighting Man Sheamus - Any Day. Goofy Super Cena lite Sheamus - No thanks.
AdR could probably cool of a volcano all by himself and turn a desert into a tundra in minutes. He has his minutes(Show me your papers, laughing and clapping when some fans threw the shirt back at Cena), but everything this guy touches turns usually cold in seconds. Extreme crappy booking: Defeats Ryder, Kofi, Sin Cara or Santino on RAW - Jobs to Sheamus on SD. Needs a new gimmick and maybe a face turn with a mask(Senor Dingdong anyone?^^).
Miz is a guy like Punk, Morisson and Barett, with Punk at the top of the Upper Midcard, Barett and Morisson in the Middle and Miz at the bottom. I greatly disliked the guy up until a few weeks until he improved in the ring, but still he has no business in the ME scene.
CM Punk could maybe carry Smackdown with Sheamus, Big Show and Ryback. Not to say that is did not like the Summer of Punk and some things he did as Champ were good too, but I just don't feel him being a constant top dog. Nothing is epic about him when he is the center of attention. He was good as leader of other wrestlers and would probably in my personal card for a PPV in a match for either a lesser belt or a gimmick match in which he trully excels.
Currently My RAW Main Event guys would probably be:
Cena(sigh), Cesaro, Kofi, Orton, Daniel Bryan, Mark Henry with Barrett, Rey Mysterio and Swagger(face) drifting in and out.
My SD Main Event guys would be:
CM Punk, Kane, AdR, Sheamus, Ziggler with Christian, Big Show, Cody Rhodes and Sin Cara(needs mask change to not look through a curtain all the time) drifting in and out.
Thought about the Shield, Big E, Damien Sandow(still great) and Ryback too, but would not bring them into the ME for now. Also forgot about Dolph Ziggler, would send him to SD ME. Every main event guy not in the main feud would try to get an IC or US title to make it prestigious or have a feud with a (lower) midcarder like Hawkins, Baretta, R-Truth(quite good, but only heel), Hunico(Mask please) or 3MB instead of stupid squash matches to see if they can contribute anything beside getting squashed. If not, look for better talent in time.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
Christmas Raw was Hilarious and Fun.
"FOR SAAAANTTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"
Booker T was trying so hard not to laugh.
Sometimes, it's nice to put all the drama and soap opera and everything else behind and just focus on having fun.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
This week, I have to say once again Impact > Smackdown > Raw
Excited for the return of Rock, good segment with Sandow and Rhodes. Antonio Cesaro vs Randy Orton, both wrestlers I like to see wrestle. Very nice to see a title change on SD, a rare moment when I enjoy the main event of a wrestling show with the champion involved. AdR is a much better face than Heel right now. Maybe it's true and the WWE really has given up on Sin Cara?
Nothing exciting about RAW to tell sadly, expect for the usual suspects.
Most funny segment of Impact were the Robbies and Miss Techmacher. Don't know why Robbie T is still in OVW, yet Garret Bischoff is not. The man has vastly improved and entertains me more with power wrestling than Ryback despite being shown as a goof. Strange enough, I would like to see more of Robbie T, Magnus and Face Crimson and less of for example Zema Ion(Hipster Barber Gimmick?) in TNA, although I still vastly prefer in general to see Ion than another Ryder or Tatsu Squash on RAW.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
I like Del Rio's face turn cause it's a slower, more realistic build. Treating Ricardo better, treating legends respectfully, realizing that he has, in fact, been a jackass and seemingly willing to try and change that. Much better turn then say, The Miz, who went "I'M A FACE NOW! YAYYYY!!!!!"

"We are the world heavyweight champion"
That was actually a great backstage segment from Alberto del Rio you strangely don't see on RAW or Smackdown. The guy is obviously as likeable as a face as he is meh at best for a heel, not just for the latino fans of the WWE. And there are much more of them, like Slater complaining about how Sin Cara is tiny, the dancing segment with Otunga, Bryan and Sheamus, Sandow at a convention with the last fan thanking him for his work in WWE and most of the Primetime Players stuff is funny.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
Yeah, that was a good moment. Really like the way his face turn is coming out.
So biggest news now is that TNA has decided to completely change up its PPV offerings, reaching back to "Rip off", as most would put it, WWE's In Your House PPV's.
Honestly, I like this idea. Give's them PLENTY of time to focus on and build up proper storylines, the "One Night Only" concept allowing them to really have some fun. The X division PPV should be great, and could still allow them to have the "X Division champ gets a World Title Shot" option that Aries brought up. Then you have the "Reunion" show featuring the early stars and the return of the 6 sided ring, which should also be fun.
Fact is, the buyers win in this case. Wrestling is far beyond over-saturated with PPV's and this will certainly help. Personally, I think TNA's "Big Four" PPV's should be held outside the Impact Zone, with the One Night Only stuff being in the Zone will help lower costs so they can still make a profit off the lowered PPV price.
Of course, this still won't stop people who are too cheap to actually order the show from stealing it online, so it could end up a failure, but right now I've got high hopes about this.

I don't know about the Reunion PPV, I can only stomach a certain amount of Sabu Botches at one time. " title="Wink" />
6 sided ring sounds awesome, should have never dropped that.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
Elimination Chamber was great.
Spanish announcers table > Rock and Punk^^
*The Shield goes over on EC and also on RAW against another strong group, I could hardly believe that. And not only did they go over an pin Ryback instead of Sheamus, WWE really russoe'd me with that. Jericho taking the pin was more expected. " title="Very Happy" />
Especially Reigns was excellent, and Rollins could very well be the next Jeff Hardy type wrestler of the WWE, and with better mic skills than Hardy(sorry Tief, I like Hardy but micwork is not his biggest asset^^)
*Antonio Cesaro continues his beast mode, although he lost at EC and will probably loose the US belt soon to the Miz. Also a true gentleman when he used the Miz as a club the RAW before EC by rolling the arms of his shirt up before going to work.
*Swagger in a new role. I would have prefered him to be face and feud with Cesaro instead of feuding with AdR, that's probably too soon, too much. But ok, maybe it will work.
*No IC champ defense in the EC, but instead Ziggler vs Kofi. Meh.
Not too keen on Cena/Rock again, maybe a little more if it becomes a tripple thread with punk.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
Swagger being a face would be hard to get used to. He doesn't have the look for a face. Heel is better.
His hair is stupid.
Having a manager is a great idea for him, as it allows Swagger to look serious in the ring, without being a laughingstock on the mic.
Right now Swagger has everything he needs to get ahead. WWE has given him ALL of the tools and even a world title wrestlemania push.
So if Swagger ends up failing, nobody can blame WWE for "mishandling" him. It's 100 percent on his shoulders now.
