The interface is similar to AdvanceMap if you've ever done PokÃ

mon Rom Hacks. It's kinda hard to find things but that's a problem with any professional-ish program. It doesn't come with a tutorial but they've got some (basic) ones online. There's also mods for it that adds tutorials and stuff. Google's helpful, too. It's just a lot. You can customize everything from the characters to the items and icons to the attack animations and stuff. I think the best part is that right out of the box, it has a working RPG already made that you just customize that already has the items, enemies, heroes, etc, so if you don't want to make an entire RPG from scratch, you don't have to.

Also, you can give your characters shades, so that's cool.
