Strategy: Many underestimate Maru as another bitchy bimbo, but to the surprise of many, she's a lightweight powerhouse. Incredibly athletic, with her primary advantage coming in the form of her flexibility. She challenges her opponents to try their best, but she won't break.

Strength: As mentioned before, Maru is extremely flexible in the ring. It's hard to land hits on her if she manages to dodge—the ginger easily able to bend her body in ways imaginable for most wrestlers, especially outside of her own weight class. Even if she gets hit, she's very good at tanking attacks with her tight stomach, and skinny form.
Weakness: However, in exchange, her primary worry is being grappled or her body being pressed against. For example, if she's up against a big wrestler, that so happens to press her thumb deep against her belly, she'd be in a lot of pain from her gut. Having a tight, slick body leaves her vulnerable to deep attacks that can reach her organs. (Wonder what would happen if she had to ride a dick, eh?)

Maru was born in America, and it shows in her appearance. She has her father's complexion, but the eyes of her mother. It's what led her to move to Japan for college. She always had a love for acrobatics, so she had been studying and working on joining an acrobatic field. However, one day, when she was watching television, she had stumbled upon a wrestling match. It was the stroke of fate that caused her to sign up for AFW, being somewhat overqualified in terms of her body. She wasn't all that physically strong, yet she had a tight form that amazed the judges. Her main issue is that she has somewhat of an identity crisis. She has the personality of a stereotypical "Starbucks" girl, but she also has an appreciation for her mother's roots. She wonders if she'll be accepted as she is. Though, she always manages to stay optimistic. She's pretty preppy, while having a soft calmness to her personality. Her attitude is what has gotten her many friends to begin with; the woman not all that hard to talk to, even after a coffee or two.

She tries to escape the allegations of being the typical white girl, but she does love coffee, far more than one should. Nonetheless, it fuels her for her busy days filled with modeling, exercising, athletic work, and in her spare time, wrestling and social media. She, of course, does somehow make time for everyone in her life, no matter her schedule. She tries to stay organized, but she enjoys spending time with her friends and family over everything else.
