A Princess in the Circus: Blossom (D) vs Bethany Maroza

The British-Mexican girl was announced to have her debut match against the Circus Babe, Bethany. The redhead was really nervous because this is her first match and doesn't want to leave with making a bad impression on the faces of the fans, she was considering that actual fans are not easy to entertain than in previous eras and decades.

Some minutes later, the arena turns into a total blackout, letting the fans confused of what happened, with the thought of the arena suddenly having an electricity problem... until the screen of the titantron turns blue, and a black silhouette can be seen moving thr arms slowly, and the start of the song caught the attention of a quarter of the fans who were present, the rest of them still didn't get what's happening.

Once the beats part of the song start, the silhouette gets revealed and the redhead girl turns around to look at all of them and starts dancing, thing that called the attention of the rest of the chants, giving pops and chants to her.



"INTRODUCING FIRST... MAKING HER DEBUT AND WAY TO THE RING... WEIGHING IN AT 5'5" AND 125 POUNDS... 'THE PRINCESS OF LUCHA'... BLOOOOOSSOOOOOM!!" said the announcer while the redhead girl was giving high fives to some fans, as walking towards the ring, still dancing as a chill way to warm up before getting inside the ring.



Once she reaches the ringside floor, Blossom walks over the metal steps and stands over the apron with the back against the ropes, then she jumps with both feet and impulses herself backwards, getting inside as landing with both feet on the mat. Once inside, Blossom steps backwards to the center of the ring and stands there with both arms extended, one arm at each side until her entrance music stops and the lights go back to normal.

As the lights returned to normal, the mood would change around quickly, as Fantastic Theatre began to play, the familiar figure of a black haired circus performer came, a top hat on her head gracefully sweeping off as pyro technics lit the ramps, and she walked down the lit path. Bethany Maroza waved her hat towards the crowds, ribbons flying out of her sleeves following her, leaving a glowing glittery trail behind her, as she cracked the whip in other hand. Even now, the crowds never got sick of her visual tricks.

As she reached the ring, she hopped up and grabbed the lower ropes, pulling herself up as she tapped the hat, causing it to shrink and disappear. Throwing her jacket outside the ring, and the whip along with it, Bethany turned around, in her white crop top, black skirt, exotically black patterned stockings with black ballet flats, white gloves, and bowed her head with a sweep of her hands.

"Bethany Maroza, here to entertain." she said as she swiped her hand upwards, and a flower popped into her hands, that she held out in offering towards Blossom.

Bethany stood there for a while with the outstretched hand, still holding the flower, until she cast a sheepish look. She swiped her hand backwards, the flower disappearing, as she said, "Not to your tastes?"

She would walk over to her ring corner, and turn around to face Blossoms direction. She knew Blossom was yet another opponent making a debut....and to be frank, Bethany was getting tired of dealing with debuting opponents. It felt like her whole schtick was fighting debuting opponents. And pretty much all of those had ended in losses for her. In fact, she had recieved a message from the Circus regarding that.

If she loses this match, then she has to come back.

This stung Bethany. She knew that she hadn't been leaving the best impressions on the Circus, but this was where she realized she had to make a difference now. As much as she has been bothered by her losses, the overall sport of wrestling had still been enjoyable even if being on the losing side over and over gets tiresome eventually. And this time, there actually was a stake involved. A part of Bethany did want to go back. She did want to lose again and go back and never have to get embarrassed in some way by another debuting opponent....but something else in her refused to let this happen.

No, she was going to make a difference now.

After the bell rang, Bethany went on alert as she circled around Blossom. And already, she could see that the opponent was opting for a test of strength, stretching her hands out to grab Beth's. Bethany knew tests of strength weren't her speciality, so she didn't want to accept it. However, an idea clicked to her.

As the outstretched arms came towards her, Bethany seemed to accept, moving her own arms forward to seemingly take it. But then she swiped her hands quickly towards Blossoms wrists, attempting to grab them! If it worked, she would pull them towards her, and pull Blossom into Bethany's jumping heels for a judo flip throw.

Success!

With that, Bethany pushed herself up, did a one hand stand spin as she jumped back on her feet, facing Blossom, and giving her a teasing bow before resuming her stance, slowly edging towards her, with a smile on her face.

Hopefully, a good first impression the princess here for a bit of psychological warfare, for the crowd certainly digged it, judging by the hoots and cheers heard after that move. Bethany still kept her guard up, slowly edging towards Blossom, ready for action.

Bethany slowly kept her approach up, wondering what to do next, when Blossom made the next move first!

The incoming kicks made Bethany retreat to dodge the attacks, and realized a second too late she was being pushed towards the ropes. That second of lapse in her attention towards Blossom to notice this was just the opening Blossom needed to grab Beth's wrist, and irish whipped her! Bethany stumbled and ran towards the ropes, bouncing off of them and came running back towards Blossom!
