Personality: A smooth talker, glorified snake oil sales-man, wheelin dealin, bombastically promoting huckster who approaches any task with ceaseless drive and a knack for going over the top and living on the edge. Maximillian’s excessive hype and love for huge explosions can sometimes be quelled by the calming voice and sensible advice provided by his right-hand woman, but even she has trouble reining him at times. Angelica’s orderly business expertise and secretarial sharpness is equal to none, and she may be the only advisor with enough sheer patience to be Max’s full-time assistant.

Past/History: The name “Maximillian Kinglsey” is one never brought up lightly amongst wrestling aficionados. The shameless promoter starting smaller business careers left and right, amassing enough money and squirreling up prominent people indebted to him to one day finance his dream…of flying first-class for the rest of his life amongst the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. Heading a major movie studio that specializes in explosion filled Summer blockbusters about transforming cars and scantily clad actresses wearing booty shorts with more beauty than acting ability. Not to say he didn’t come across a second love in his life…managing professional wrestling organizations of the female variety.

“Valhalla Garden” being the renowned underground wrestling federation where he cut his teethin the business…and it was when he started becoming accompanied by a Ms. Angelica Valestein. Someone whom he’d found amongst the dregs of society. A homeless orphan whom the world had deemed fit to be forgotten…except for the wily-eyed Maximillian who saw nothing but unending potential in her, and offered her a helping hand out of the gutter to better herself. Under his wing, she studied, trained, and mastered the ways of competent secretarial worksmanship towards dedicating her services to the man in the white tuxedo who stopped to speak to her when she was a nameless beggar curled up on the sidewalk…

Their dual efforts being the main proponent for Valhalla Garden’s immense success as they amassed a simmering pool of hungry talent from all walks of life, including the now legendarily regarded “Death Bunny.” Advertisers and rabid fans seeing it as the cooler, grungier version of main-stream wrestling federations and the windfall of money the business was printing seemed to never stop…but, Maximillian somehow found a way to spend this money just as fast as he earned it. Financing ludicrous expenditures, such as hosting wrestling PPV’s in the middle of Shibuya and private jet planes until Valhalla Garden was ultimately condemned in bankruptcy court. Still…..his notorious reputation for making ludicrous profits and having innovative, if somewhat violent and overtly lewd, ideas in the wrestling business shot him straight towards the top of the list of likely future Friction General Members. Where he’ll be flanked by his faithful right-hand assistant, doing her best to quell his ambitions when needed and aid him towards achieving his dream. Not bad for a young farm boy named Max from Nebraska who spent nights gazing up at the starry skies.



Fun Facts:
1) It may confound people as to why the exceedingly professional Angelica devotes herself so fervently to such a goofball, but the truth to their connection is known by a scant few. Also, neither one functions half as well in their respective fields when separated.

2) Maximillian has pitiful fighting skills and is generally a quivering coward when confronted physically. Angelica, however…just don’t assault him when in her presence and you’ll be fine.

3) Maximillian has specially made lenses in his sunglasses that allow him to see just as well indoors with them on just because he wants to keep the “cool” factor that comes with his image.

4) Angelica has a dog named “Percival” at her apartment that may be the only living soul she’s outwardly affectionate with.
