Ari hadn't really expected to go to America, ever really. When she was told that she was traveling abroad to have a match, she had assumed they were just pranking her. Sunny California, one of the usual backdrops she knew from American media along with New York and Miami. The entire thing had been incredibly trippy.

She was scheduled for a dark match. That meant their wasn't really going to be a huge showing but her match would still land her an impressive paycheck, far better than what she had been scraping by with so far. She didn't really know who her opponent was, just that they had a goofy name.

Dark Star Chaos. Yeah. Okay.

She burst from the back, making her way along the long entry ramp. Head tilted high, smiling broadly she put on her best face. This was going to be streamed and watched around the world after all! The brunette made her way to the ring as chipper as possible, sliding under the ropes to walk the inside edges.

She paused on the far side, leaning from side to side, arms extended high as she stretched herself out before her match. Maybe if she was lucky they finally booked her with someone more her size… maybe even someone from the kawaii league. That would be nice.

Unfortunately for the incredibly attractive Ari, her opponent was not a cute kawaii girl, nor any friendly fighter. Instead it was someone...bigger.

Much bigger.

As a thunderous and ominous Theme blared through the P.A. system, fans were treated to quite a site as large and tall masked woman came through the curtain, raising her arms up and letting a massive roar of aggression.

The Devil of Wrestle Angels herself, Dark Star Chaos herself, had at long last come to AFW. Those in the audience, those old WA fans that knew of Dark Star and her reputation, looked worried for the cute girl in the ring, making hurried comments to their friends about how scary and powerful the woman coming down the ramp really was, while the more oblivious in the crowd booed her, for not being a bikini clad model no doubt.

She ignored them all, climbing the steps up to the ring apron and stepping over the ropes to enter the ring. The crowd didn't matter. They never had. All that mattered was the competition. The battle. She fed on that. The beast had been sleeping ever since the old promotion went away. But now, she was wide awake, and ready to feed.

It seemed however, that she would not be feasting on much tonight, as her debut opponent was rather...undersized. Crossing her arms, expression mostly hidden behind her mask and stoic-ness, she looked over at Ari, scoffing a little.

"You. You're small. There is no...fun in breaking the weak. I'll make this quick."

Ari's youthful energy wilted slowly as she stared at her intended competitor. Was this really some form of cruel running joke being played on her by AFW staff? It seemed as though every time she found herself in a match it was against a juggernaut. She wasn't even sure at first of Dark Star Chaos was in fact a woman.

She found herself taking small steps back as her opponent made their way down the ramp until she felt the cables of the ropes digging into her back. Ari swallowed hard as the other woman lumbered into the ring, staring unblinking at the menacing figure before her.

She didn't like the sound of being broken. Ari was petite to be certain and only very loosely a wrestler to begin with. While she had had an interesting stroke of luck in her first match this was very very different. She was almost entirely sure this woman wasn't going to be like Lilith. Just the tone in her voice spoke to the raw power that radiated from her.

"I think there was a mistake somewhere… maybe I came out early… or you are on next maybe?" She gave a nervous chuckle, inching along the edge of the ring to keep as much distance between them as humanly possible. "Since this doesn't seem very sporting maybe just… like… a no contest or a draw… maybe?"

Ah. There was the look. Fear. Panic. She had seen it before. Many times. Sometimes it was entertaining watching people squirm. Sometimes it was boring. The most fun was when they felt the fear, then shook it off, got determined to fight...then fell back into fear when she got a hold of them.

The offer of a no contest made Dark Star Chaos laugh, a loud booming sound from the masked woman before she shook her head. "Well, this WILL be no contest, I assure you of that." she said in her deep voice, arms still crossed, though she took slow steps until she reached the center of the ring, waiting for the bell to ring.

"Like I said little one, I'll end this quick. Now come. Face fate."

There was an air of intensity surrounding this other woman. It wasn't just her intimidating size, something about her presence along was alarming. Ari held up her hands as if trying to soothe a Savage beast, a faint shimmer of sweat on her brow.

"Okay we can just say you win by default… okay? How about that?" She flashed a small nervous smile as the referee called for the bell. She shot the official a sidelong dirty look before snapping her focus back to Dark Star Chaos.

"You can see this isn't exactly… you know… fair, right?" She smaller brunette would continue to try to inch away, trying to keep distance from her opponent if they started to move towards her. "I am sure we can find someone else in the back that's a better fit… I haven't even had a chance to enjoy America yet…"

Dark Star Chaos merely shrugged, as the bell rang on the referee's call. "Then go. Enjoy America. Good tourism this time of year. But first...you lose."

With that, the behemoth woman with the unclear accent lunged at her opponent, clearing the half of the ring between them with just a couple of long steps, looking to grab at and catch Ari before she could escape, looking to get a hand around the girls slim throat!

"I want to enjoy it… in one piece." Her eyes darted all over, looking for possible escapes. She was well aware of her lack of mobility when it came to moving in and out of the ring… trying to slip out right now would no doubt get her caught. She needed more room...

A look of wide eyes shock was plastered to Ari's face as she stared down the encroaching freight train that was Dark Star Chaos. Rather than trying to valiantly face her foe head on, she did the first thing that came to mind. She screamed then dropped to the ring, taking an opportunistic opening to scurrying between the other woman's legs just as she had reached for her.

On all fours she pushed herself up, not even looking back as she tried to break towards the far end of the ring in a full out run for her life, ponytail whipping behind her.

Dark Star wasn't the fastest woman around, but she could clear the ring fairly quickly when she wanted, and her hand came very close to snatching Ari's throat before the attractive brunette dropped, surprising the crowd as she dashed between the beasts legs, actually getting a small throaty chuckle from the fearsome former champion.

Ari, being smaller, actually did have a notable speed advantage over Dark Star Chaos, and, had she been able to make a clean straight run, she may very well have escaped the woman's clutches entirely, making for a rather...deflating debut.

But the brief amount of time it took for her to rise to her feet, as well as try and get through the ropes on the other end of the ring, cost her precious seconds, and just before the brunette could slip all the way through the ropes to freedom, Dark Star Chaos's meaty paw would tightly grip hold on the back of her shirt, pulling the struggling girl back into the ring, a second hand going to grip her around the throat as soon as it was within reach!

"No escape little one."

Scrambling to her feet like a panicked animal she made for the ropes with all the intention of leaving even if the crowd was cheering for a fight. This was ridiculous! How many times would the bookers put her up against these massive he-women types? She pumped her arms hard, moving towards freedom.

"Urk!" Momentum stopped dead as large fingers clenched on the back of her shirt, pulling her collar tight against her throat like a garrote wire. Ari's legs shot out from under her, continuing forward to bicycle kick at the air ineffectually in the few brief moments of air time she had before her heels dropped back to the mat.

She was drawn back like a yo-yo, twirling on her heel to snap back into an awaiting hand that clenched around her throat. She kicked her legs, clapping her hands over top of Dark Star Chaos' wrist as her eyes squinted through the crushing pain of the other woman's grip that choked her.
