Personality
Vicky has many qualities that would alienate anybody. She is quick to anger, impertinent, and generally a spoiled brat. When insulted or just outclassed in skill Vicky's fury will overflow leading to a sort of Hulkamania effect, except Vicky is about as likely to hurt herself as her opponent. When rejected on even the smallest request Vicky is quick to take it personally, she is not used to the word "No."

In contrast to her negative characteristics, Vicky manages to have several redeeming qualities. On one hand, she practically explodes with charm, easily winning over the shyest and reserved wrestlers. She has ironclad confidence in her abilities and can even back it up, sometimes. Finally, Vicky is not cruel by nature. She does not set out to hurt her opponent beyond what is necessary.

History
Raised as the only daughter in a moderately wealthy family Vicky was brought up having her every need and want catered for. Whether that be gymnastic lessons, Diving lessons or her own weight room Vicky got it. With her abundant resources and free time, Vicky was able to become competent in but not great in a few fields. Her favorite was easily being in her highschools, and for a time, her colleges diving teams.
