Stella Rozino:

Stella hummed a quiet tune as she finished tying the last thread on her costume. Excited to see how she looked, she quickly found a mirror, gazing at herself, pride burning in her eye as she witnessed her own pale beauty. It was a fairly elaborate outfit to be wearing, with many flowing parts, strings that needed to be tied and straps that needed adjustment, but once everything was in place, she considered herself to be the most beautiful of maidens to walk down these halls.

It was a work of art in her mind, and not just because she designed it! The white and grey dual color scheme hinted at her more sinister personality, as well as the front of the pretty, nice girl mask she so often wore in life. The way the colors mixed was like yin and yang, two opposites working together to make the perfect human being, which is what she was.
Perfect.

Of course, none of her opponents would ever understand her work, too buried in their ignorance to know fine culture when they see it, but that was fine. She could enjoy herself with them all the same, her outfit was for her benefit. She loved it, who else mattered in the end?

Stella preened in front of that mirror for a long while, looking at every detail from the golden trim to her generous bosom. Her expression was one of bliss and superiority~

It was then that she noticed someone was trying to speak with her, telling her the match had already started, and that she was about to be late. Stella smiled at the employee warmly, thanking her for the reminder in a warm voice. Her eyes seemed to tell a different story, a hint of annoyance at being interrupted from her lovely features.

Well, I suppose I will be able to do so later. Time for some fun!

The lights in the stadium had dimmed for some time, awaiting the first competitor to enter. Annoyed murmurs could be heard from the audience, having to wait around while nothing in particular happened. A few more moments would pass before a grey fog began to slowly fade into the entrance, just enough so to catch people’s attention.

Finally, a tune began to play, a sinister melody slowly, slowly building up into an orchestra of chanting. It was then Stella made her debut. Heavenly chanting accompanied the woman, whom held a bouquet of black flowers as she walked down the ramp with a smile glued onto her face. every few steps, she tossed a flower to the audience, throwing some left and then right until she finally made it to the ring stairs.

Like a bride climbing the alter, she stepped up gingerly, yet excitedly. The song had begun to finish its final notes, and soon her foe would arrive. Stella had done her research, and this opponent looked like she would be quite the bit of fun. Stella gazed at the one flower she had left, brining it to her nose and smelling its sweet aroma. She saved it specifically for her opponent…

It was a black rose~

It had been quite a while since Thunder Ryuko had set her foot in AFW, a rather long hiatus as she took some time off from wrestling to reassess her priorities, she'd still worked as part of AFW as a scout and trainer, talking look at talent and so on, but as a part timer.

However, tonight she would return and there was quite a buzz about it. After all, Thunder Ryuko was one of the more famous wrestler in Japan, from the time before Friction or rather AFW as a whole had rolled into town, she could be counted as one of the top five in all of the land of the rising sun.

After her opponent had made her entrance it was the turn of the Goddess of Rebellion, Ryuko Yoshida.

BEASTFUL by Granrodeo hit the speakers, the slow start which started to dim the lights of the arena, before they were focused on at the ramp. There was a crackling light that came around the top of the ramp as the black leotard clad veteran stepped out onto the ramp. Chin held high, she looked out at the cheering crowd. Of course they cheered, it was the return of Thunder Ryuko!

She started to make her way down the ramp and towards the ring, a confident jog towards the ring as she jumped up onto the apron, grabbing a hold of the top ropes she built up for a jump and hurled herself over the top ropes, landing on one knee in the squared circle, before rising to her feet. She had a faint smile on her face as she would look over towards her opponent for the night, she certainly had an....interesting attire....

When her music started to die down, Thunder Ryuko would find her way towards the center of the ring where she would stand and await her opponent, as the referee of course like always wanted to go over the rules real quick.

Stella waited patiently, moving the rose between her fingers while being careful to avoid the sharp thorns that would prick and draw blood if one were to take them too lightly. Her chocolate brown eyes seemed to stare lovingly at the flower, and it was not until the drums of her opponent’s entrance music began to play that she finally ripped her gaze from the blooming piece of art. It was a bearable beat that got the crowd excited, apparently her foe had quite the following fanbase. Stella only narrowed her eyes slightly, the growing beat beginning to hurt her ears as the volume seemed to climb as the song continued. Things would only get worse for her hearing as the woman the song was building up stepped out into the open. Amazingly, the fans cheer practically drowned out the music, all of them going practically ballistic. Stella had to use the flower in her hand to cover the scowl that cracked through her porcelain beauty.  

It was a rare sight to see an audience get so excited and rally behind a Heel. While Stella would agree that, when looking through Ryuko’s match history, she was indeed a Heel that was a force to be reckoned with, Stella also understood she was not the worst AFW had to offer. She seemed more meticulous then most of the brutish Heels the company seemed to house, a thinker as much as she was a fighter. The prospect of fighting a veteran with such a pedigree history and skill excited Stella, and as the thunderous foe approached the ring, the scowl that hid underneath the flower all but evaporated back to the warm, almost motherly smile that seemed to be fixed to Stella’s face.

After Ryuko’s impressive entrance, the referee motioned for the two fighters to approach the center. Stella strolled over along with her opponent, smiling all the way. As they came face to face, the former angel’s beauty really pushed through the gruff and confident atmosphere she exuded. It seemed the girl could easily make it in a model job if she wanted to, and could probably get by on looks alone is she truly wished.

Rather than wait, Stella decided to be the one to make the first tactical move. Stepping forward, she presented the black rose to Ryuko, the maternal smile still on her face.

“For you, my dear Ryuko. Please forgive the sudden gift, but I felt it was inappropriate to face someone with such a long legacy in the business. After all it is not often one gets to face a real…character.”

Even as Stella purred her compliments, it would likely be obvious that something was a little off about her, besides her costume. Her eyes were kind, but she gazed at Ryuko was more like an owner looking at a pet than a person. It was like she was the scorpion asking to ride the frogs back, and was using her poisonous charm to get her foe to turn around, and become vulnerable to her venomous sting.

Thunder Ryuko would step up towards the center of the ring as she was told to do so by the referee, keeping her confident aura up around her as she stepped up and met her buxom foe in the center of the ring, the referee going over the usual rules, while Ryuko would narrow her eyes at her opponent, Stella offering that rose towards her caused the black leotard clad fighter to scoff out.

The Goddess of Rebellion would reach forward and take a hold of the flower, keeping her eyes fixed at Stella as she did. " Thank you. I'll make sure to put this to good use, like placing it over your defeated body." Thunder Ryuko spoke as she would then toss the flower to the side.

The referee called for a break off between them and for the bell to ring and with it the veteran would back up a few steps and then drop down into her wrestling stance, raising her arms up and bending her knees, looking to come in and lock up with Stella in a classic collar and elbow tie up.

The happy expression did not leave Stella’s face, even when being stared down by Ryuko with such intense eyes. The snake like eyes and the thin smile was still there for all to see, coming off as warm and motherly, but still a little fake. Stella did pretend to recoil at Ryuko’s tough words, and the fact she so casually dismissed that which was presented as a gift.

“Aw, I picked that one out specifically for you Ms. Yoshida. You really shouldn’t tease a young maiden’s heart like that, it’s unbecoming of you.”

Sadly, the referee made them break off and return to their corners. Of course, that was just so they could ring the bell and start the match. Naturally the veteran got low into a wrestling stance, looking to lock up with Stella in a classic start to a match. However, Stella did not seem so keen on the idea with locking up against a wrestling legend in her first match so quickly. The difference in power was plain to see, rack that up with experience and Stella was facing an uphill battle right off the bat.

Using one of her sleeves, she hid her expression from view, much like maidens did with fans did in the days of old. She had to give Ryuko as little information to work on as possible if she was going to have any fun in this fight.

The ghostly Maiden did indeed approach Ryuko, constantly tilting her head from one side to the other, as if she confused what the Goddess of Rebellion was trying to do. Just as they were about to collide, Stella swung her free hand at the veteran, looking as if she was attempting to slap her foe. However, the only thing behind the swing was cloth, her attempt to use her long sleeves as a distraction as the real threat came in the form of a sharp kick to the ribs.

Thunder Ryuko would inch her way closer and closer after they had heard the ringing of the bell, she would then start to move in with the intent of locking up with Stella though it looked as if the fellow brunette wasn't looking to lock up with her, though the Goddess of Rebellion couldn't exactly be sure she understood what Stella was doing.

She would shake her head a little and move in, though as she saw what looked like a slap coming for her face she would recoil back a bit to avoid it, trying to avoid the strike, but it turned out to be nothing but Stella's sleeve whipping through the air.

The Goddess of Rebellion would instead be stuck right in her side by that nasty kick from the strangely dressed woman. " Uugh!" Ryuko grunted out, backing off and bringing her arms down to hold and shield her side from further abuse.

Stella felt her foot slam into Ryuko’s firm ribs, The Maiden continuing to hide her expression behind her sleeve as the goddess of rebellion cried out in pain. She eyed the fellow brunette as she lowered her arms to guard her side, limiting the use of Stella’s leg strikes.

Stella watched behind her cloth, wondering which attack would be best to follow up with. She had meant what she said when telling Ryuko that she considered this match a rare opportunity. Stella had no intention of letting it slip on by with the out-of-touch veteran still so new from her return. The Maiden had all sorts of tricks she was simply dying to try, and what notoriety it would bring when she took down someone of Ryuko’s status in her debut!

But for now, the Maiden simply stepped closer, looking to plant her foot right on top of Ryuko’s. It seemed she was trying to limit her movements, and if she succeeded another strike was sure to come. Her free hand once again swung through the air, looking to hit Ryuko’s beautiful face with nothing but cloth, but as the arm returned a hand would emerge like a snake striking from a dark patch of grass, looking to backhand the fellow Heel’s pale cheek.

Thunder Ryuko was left winced as she staggered back a bit from the fellow brunette, but as she tried to back up she found that foot stepping on her own, limiting her movement and stopping her from backing up, suddenly an arm came up and tried to smack into her, raising her arms to protect her face.

Though that was not something that was necessary as all that smacked into her face was the cloth of that arm, causing the Goddess of Rebellion to grumble out in annoyance, yet the second she lowered her guard, a fist came up and smacked her in the face.

" Uugn!" Thunder Ryuko grunted as her face snapped to the side, though the veteran wasn't going the get pummeled by this tricksy fighter, she attempted to lash out with her right hand, trying to smack Stella right in the face!

Ah, the joys of being the smartest person in the room…or in this case, the ring. There Thunder Ryuko was, standing there with all of her pomp and grace being charmingly humiliated by a complete novice. Even now, through all of her experience and training, she could not decipher Stella’s artful striking pattern. Oh, she had only done about twice or so, but after hearing so many great things about her opponent, she figured she would have figured out how Stella decided on a strike.

Well no matter. It seems I can take my time and have some fun with her before she figures it out.

Ryuko did not seem to share Stella’s sentiments, as her right hand lashed out to smack the maiden’s heavenly features. The sleeve in front of her face did a decent job of hiding her shock, but her eyes were right out in the open to convey her feelings. Despite how sure Stella was, even she feared taking a blow from someone as strong as Ryuko. She did not have “Thunder” in front of her name for something nothing, and being new to the game the ghostly maiden considered herself to be slightly delicate for right now. So she did the one thing she could think of…

She beat a hasty retreat, pushing off Ryuko’s trapped foot and clearing some room between the two of them. Stella sleeve finally moved away from her face, the same warm smile as before resting on her pale features.

“I really must thank you, Ms. Yoshida. How kind of you to take it easy on a newcomer to the ring…your generosity knows no end. After all, with all your experience and time in the ring, you should have seen those strikes coming a mile away…isn’t that right?”

Thunder Ryuko had managed to knock Stella back a few steps by throwing a punch of her own right up against that cheek of the pretty woman, though following that she got to hear the words of the the fellow brunette and they did not sit well with the veteran.

She could tell just how insincere that the woman was, this Stella...she war really trying to get under the Goddess of Rebellion's skin, that much was clear to anyone who could hear her. Thunder Ryuko wouldn't let her get away with that without taking a while lot of punishment.

Shaking her head in frustration, she would step up and attempt to move in close to throw a swift right handed jab towards that face, yet...it would be nothing but a feint, as she would quickly pull her arm back and instead try to shoot her leg up and try to drive her boot into Stella's belly!
