Strategy: Despite how she may appear, Namie does have some talent at wrestling.  While she lacks pure strength, Namie mostly tries to use high-flying attacks to give her attacks more force..  Rather prideful about her nice legs, she also likes using them for submission holds, and also will often target the opponent's ones often.  Being pretty bitchy, Namie likes to use particularly humiliating holds when finishing off her opponents.

Strategy: Though the faster of the two sisters, Touka is somewhat less dextrous, and solely relies on striking attacks.  Knowing that she doesn't really pack much of a punch either, she relies more on her speed in combat, peppering the foe with attacks and trying to wear them down, usually so that Namie can come in with a submission hold and finish them off.  Touka is quite protective of her older sister, and notably more catty, thus she often ends up fighting more underhandedly as the match goes on.  Also, she has a slight chest-size complex, and often attacks other girl's chests if they are large.

Combination Attacks:
-Comet Strike:  Namie restrains an opponent with either a figure-four leg lock or a side head scissors, while Touka leaps into the air and stomps down on their chest with both feet.
-Starry Night Sky:  They each grab a leg of a downed foe and perform a sharp wishbone split.
-Constellation Combination:  Standing on each side of a standing opponent, both sisters perform a roundhouse kick to the midsection, one to the front and one to the back, basically clamping them between the two legs.  Usually the opponent falls down after, where the sisters will plant their foot down on them and go for a pin while posing.

Wrestling Attire: Black and silver two-piece outfits.

Personalities:
Though Namie and Touka act hyper and friendly on the outside as one would expect from a pair of ex-idols, on the inside they just as shallow and bitchy as their former profession.  In that sense, they're nothing that out of the ordinary.  Even after the fame they garnered from the idol industry, having been more or less betrayed by it, the two of them no longer want anything to do with that life, but are still starved for attention and the stage.

Namie is the elder, and the more mature of the two (for whatever that's worth).  She generally acts bitchy and is prideful to a fault, she is actually a bit insecure.  Touka practically worships her and follows her blindly in whatever she does, at Namie feels like it's her duty to act as confident and cool as possible, so not to betray her younger sister's expectations.  It's been particularly rough on her as of late, after the false scandal and now this semi-questionable and dangerous new job.  However she knows she has to keep moving forward for Touka's sake, and not just her own.

Touka is the younger sister and naturally more childish.  She's extremely hot-headed, and very protective of her dear "Nee-san".  She has always looked up to her sister Namie since they were young, and she feels her big sister can do nothing wrong.  Even though she's far past the age where this could be considered okay.  She's often considered a sis-con by others, though she ignores it.  In actuality she's not sexually attracted to Namie, and even likes to gush over cute guys with her in their free time. Touka is incredibly reliant on her older sister, but is nonetheless oblivious to Namie's struggles about her.  Also of note, Touka is very insecure about her flat chest, particularly knowing Namie's had already grown out back when she was her age.  On the surface, she's very good at hiding it, though sometimes it shows through her actions.

Past/History:
From a young age, the two Kawamura sisters were pretty inseparable, though a lot of that was due to Touka's incessant tailing.  As the dutiful older sister, Namie always watched over her younger sibling, and often let her come along when she was hanging out with her own friends.  Despite the small age gap between them, they just about always got along with each other, never having a real conflict in their whole lives.

Hailing from a normal, middle-class family, the two of them naturally had a very girly upbringing thanks to their mother, and both became infatuated with idols pretty early on.  From high school, Namie commited herself towards trying to become an idol, and of course Touka worked hard to both help her and to become one as well.  A lucky break with a scouting agent easily netted the both of them jobs right as Namie finished high school.  Though Touka had yet to complete her schooling, with Namie's help she was able to keep up with her studies for the next three years while they were both working on getting their careers off to a start.

The sister bit was a pretty uncommon thing, so they caught some attention fairly quickly, and given their natural good looks and charisma, quickly became popular.  By the time Touka had finished high school, they were both well established idol personalities and at the peak of thier success.  Unfortunately, they were soon to find out the hard way just how cutthroat and scandalous the idol industry really was.
During a studio party with some of their managers and all the other idols with thier agency, Namie and Touka both got pretty drunk (even though Touka was underage), and started flirting with a couple of young male idols that had recently joined up.  After both sides were sufficiently egged on by their elders, they started getting physical with each other and making out.  However, that was all a trap set up by the older, more experienced idols, who maliciously wanted to mess with the newcomers.  Pictures and videos were taken, and by the next day they had been posted online almost everywhere.  Suddenly embroiled in a scandal, the two infuriated girls went to their manager demanding those responsible be punished, however as the perpetrators were some of the studio's most successful, they were basically flat out refused.  With thier careers (and those of those two other male idols incidentally) both in ruins, the Kawamura sisters angrily quit their jobs and tried to look elsewhere.

Unfortunately for them, their other options were not great.  Porn was absolutely unthinkable, acting was exponentially more difficult to get into, and without any talents other than their good looks and relative athleticism, it seemed the entertainment industry was just not going to be for them.  Having spent years working so hard only to have it come crashing down on them was certainly demoralizing, to say the least, but when all hope seemed lost, they encountered an odd man down near Ikebukuro.  He had recognized them from the idol 'scandal', to thier minor irritation, but offered them a potential job at the company he worked for: the AFW.  Of course, Namie knew of it, all the way down to the dark and scary rumors, but still recognised they might have a shot.  Asking to have some time to consider, Touka and her took the man's number and returned home.  The two sisters discussed the dangers and the opportunities, but when it came down to it, Touka said she would follow Namie whatever she chose.  It was a hard call, however the pressure of her sister's expectations, and her own desperation to succeed led her to accept the deal.  As idols, of course the both of them had taken intense self-defense classes, and remained in prime shape despite their hiatus, so there were no issues there, anyway.

Resolved to moved forward no matter what, Namie called the man and both of them were quickly signed onto the AFW as a tag-team; the Shooting Star Sisters.

Fun Facts:
-Though they went under stage names "Risa and Mika" for their idol career, its likely anyone who followed them back then or kept up with the 'scandal' at that time would still recognize them based on looks.
