SS 15 Rewind! Panther Risako Vs. Chris Morgan: Wrestle Angel Battle!

Risako waited for Chris to stand back up, never once taking her eyes off of her. Although she knew it would be a mistake not to press her advantage and hit Chris hard while she was down, she was no heel. No, she was going to win this the same way she won their match last time-- fairly and squarely, by showing Chris once and for all which of them was the better wrestler.

The moment Chris moved away from the ropes, however, Risako sprang into action. Grabbing for Chris' wrist, she would move to push the American against the ropes and deliver a hard chop above her breasts, hoping to stun Chris with the heavy blow. If she managed this, she would then twist and whip Chris across the ring, following close behind...

Chris turned and found Risako waiting. Her former mentor was quick to attack, striking her with a vicious chop just over the swell of her breasts! The impact was loud, drawing a loud cheer from the crowd. The American was pressed into the ropes as she gritted her teeth in pain.

The Panther then would Irish whip Chris towards the other side of the ring. As she ran, the blonde turned to hit the ropes back first and saw the Japanese woman running close behind.

Experience and instinct kicked in. Chris knew that Risako was too close to attempt to slow herself and throw a big boot or clothesline. So instead, Chris let momentum carry her forward while the bigger woman ducked low and lunged towards the Panther. She was looking to dig her shoulder deep into Risako's midsection with a hard hitting spear, looking to combine her bigger size and forward momentum into a massive blow into the purple maned woman.

Risako's heart pounded as the crowd cheered her on. Chris seemed too stunned to react as Risako grabbed her by the arm and swung her too the ropes. Even as she followed after the American girl, her instincts told her that this move was working quite well. A little too well, even.

Her instincts suddenly proved her right as Chris suddenly dropped low, swinging up behind her. Cursing, Risako spun the moment she reached the ropes, aiming to bring a knee up between her and Chris. If this managed to catch Chris and stun her, she would try to lunge forward with a close-ranged clothesline-- otherwise, if she wasn't fast enough, then Risako would be nailed hard by the American's spear and sent doubling over.

While it seemed like Risako may have realized that Chris had been able to withstand the Panther's onslaught and have enough awareness to strike back, it looked like that knowledge came too late.

Chris plowed into Risako, driving her shoulder into the Japanese woman's stomach as her spear hit. She would stand up after delivering the move, quickly looking to press her advantage and stay on the attack. Reaching down, the blonde would grab a hold of Risako's arm and use it to pull the other woman to her feet.

She would keep Risako bent over if she got the Asian back to a standing position. Fitting her arms around the Panther's waist, Chris would attempt to lift up the Panther before driving her back first down towards the mat with a gutwrench powerbomb! It was a pure power move, one that used Chris's formidable strength to punish an opponent's back and spine. The American's experience in delivering these high impact moves was shown as she let her body fall forward with the opponent's instead of simply squatting or letting the opponent go. This let Chris put additional force into the move's impact.

Ironically enough, the idea for this had come from something Risako had told Chris during the time she was mentoring the American. She had commented that while Chris was to be commended for learning and being able to execute such a move, the American should always be looking to improve on her technique. It was good advice she still followed, even after her and Risako had their momentous break up and their first match against each other.....

Risako had almost managed to turn in time. Almost.

Chris' shoulder ploughed into her midsection just below her chest, causing the Japanese woman to double over as the air erupted forcefully from her lungs. Winded as she was, she was unable to stop Chris as the larger American girl took her by the arm and pulled her to the centre of the ring.

The next thing Risako knew, Chris was wrapping her arms around her waist and lifting her up. Risako already had a good idea of what was happening next-- Chris wouldnt have gone for a bearhug without trapping Risako's arms first-- and, winded as she was, she could still counter attack. Grabbing at Chris' hair with one hand, she tried to ram an elbow down into Chris' skull again and again, hoping to "persuade" the American to let her go.

If it didn't work, however, then she would be slammed down hard onto the back, sandwiched between the mat and her powerful American opponent.

After Chris hefted Risako onto her shoulders, the Japanese wrestler struck. She drove a pair of elbow strikes down onto the blonde's head. They were strong blows, to be sure, and they made Chris yell out in a mix of pain and anger. Still, she gritted her teeth against the pain, focusing on the rage it brought out, and with a loud yell completed her powerbomb, slamming the Panther down forcibly to the mat, back first!

When the move was finished, Chris quickly scrambled onto Risako, laying her body across the Asian's in order to try and pin her. Her chest pressed down against the Panther's as the one time champion of the Wrestle Angels also hooked one of her opponent's legs. The ref knelt down, seeing Risako's shoulders on the mat. Slapping the canvas, the ref yelled "ONE!"

Panther blinked, her brain trying to process what had just happened. One minute Chris had been hold her up and then....oh. It all suddenly clicked into place as she realized she was on the mat, pinned down under Chris' heavier weight. The feeling of Chris' breasts pushing up against hers brought unbidden memories and feelings back to the forefront, even as Chris hooked one slender leg for the pin.

Groaning, Risako twisted, kicking out and getting a shoulder up before the count could even reach two. She was the Queen of Queens, she told herself. She wasn't going down yet, not to someone like Chris. She continued to think this as she sucked in air through clenched teeth, trying to build up the strength to get back up.

Risako kicked out. Chris wasn't terribly surprised at this. The Panther wasn't one to stay down from one power move, no matter how strong or well executed it was. But the fallen Phenomenon wasn't coming into this match full of reckless rage. No, she had a plan. She was going to focus her attacks on the Asian's back.

When most people decided to target a body part, most of the time they went for a limb, usually the leg. Against a true speedster, Chris would think that to be a good strategy. But Risako was different. She was an all around talented fighter, a queen of combat. The back, if injured, would limit a lot of Risako's abilities. Both her movement and ability to lift would be hampered. If Chris could hurt her lower back, even firing off a kick would prove painful for the Asian.


When Risako got her shoulder off the mat and broke the count, Chris would rise to her feet quickly. Not wasting time, she would reach down, seizing a handful of hair and one of the Japanese woman's arms and pull her to her feet. After that, the blonde would turn to one of the corners and irish whip Risako towards them. Following her game plan, Chris was looking to cause the Queen of Queens to crash into the turnbuckles, back first!

As Chris moved off of her, Risako gave a light groan, and then quickly stifled it, instead quietly breathing air back in. She was not going to give Chris the satisfaction of hearing her in pain, she resolved to herself, though she quietly admitted to herself that her former pupil was a lot better than she was the last time they had fought. Maybe she had been training hard for this moment, or maybe all that anger was giving her a strength she'd lacked before. Either way, Risako was now realizing that Chris was going to give her an even harder match than she'd anticipated.

Her scalp suddenly burned as Chris grabbed a handful of her hair, yanking her up to her feet. She clenched her teeth, but remained silent as Chris hoisted her up and threw her towards the turnbuckle. Spinning with out of control momentum, Risako slammed back-first into the turnbuckle, supressing a cry of pain as she did so. So this is your game, Chris, focus on my back, she thought to herself. Clever.

Opening one eye as her chest heaved, Risako propped herself up in the corner, glaring at her opponent all the while, but nonetheless momentarily immobilized by the pain in her back...

The crowd booed as Chris hurled Risako into the corner. However, the American paid them no mind as she advanced on the fan favorite.

She saw the look in Risako's eye as the woman fixed her gaze on the blonde. The Panther was still very much aware, and defiant.

Of course. Risako wouldn't break this easily. She's made of tougher stuff than most of the others. Chris thought to herself.

Upon reaching Risako, Chris would go down to one knee of front of the Queen of Queens, while she gripped the second rope to either side of her foe. Then, from her kneeling position, Chris would lunge forward with her legs while pulling herself in with her arms. This would drive her shoulder into the Asian's stomach. Although not particularly flashy, the American's strength gave the move lots of force, grinding Risako's back against the turnbuckles while also attempting to knock the air out of the Panther. Chris would keep repeating these lunges, her shoulder digging into the purple haired woman's stomach and ribs as the ref began to count, warning the blonde that she couldn't keep her opponent trapped in the corner forever. As the ref's count hit nine, and delivering the same number of shoulder thrusts to Risako, Chris would break away and step backwards from the Asian, breaking the ten count.....
